Great House and Great Location

This is our second trip to Anna Maria and this house helped raise the bar. The location was just in the right area that is not busy and close enough to food and the beach. We will be looking to rent this house again without a doubt.

A perfect vacation!

A beautiful house that was in perfect condition. Warm and inviting, it was walking distance to a pristine white sand beach whenever we were not using the lovely pool. Ample parking and lots of room for all. Highly recommended, we will be back!

We loved this beautiful home on Anna Maria Island! Every amenity you could need was provided but the best part was the pool, hot tub and very close proximity to the beach and restaurants! We cannot wait to visit again with our family! We enjoyed the island and all it has to offer but this home made our stay extra comfortable and relatable! We will definitely be back.

Your home had everything needed to make our stay perfect. From the hot tub on the freak frigid weather that arrived when we did to the beach equipment to enjoy the beach on the warm December day(beach chairs could be updated).

Great place!

A literal 6 minute walk to the beach, close to ice cream shops a few restaurants. House was really clean and the pool and back area was really nice. Only issue i was was the pool alarm, as the button on the outside didn’t work so it went off frequently. Other than that i would stay again and highly recommend.

Spring Break

Our family and another family stayed here for spring break and it was perfect! House was clean when we arrived! We loved the pool and spa. The outside area is perfect! We kept our boat at their dock and it was perfect to get up and go boating!! Made it convenient! Super close to the beach, we rented a golf cart which made exploring the beautiful island fun with the kids! We will definitely be back again! THANK YOU!

Great Location!!

We loved this location because we bring our bikes with us wherever we stay. This house was within walking and riding distance to the beach and it was within riding distance to shops and restraunts. A little far to walk but perfect for riding. The pool and spa were very nice and enjoyable. The home itself was very nice. The only complaint we really had was the sofa, which had been used hard and was very uncomfortable. But, what do you expect for a rental where lots of people are in and out. If we go back to Anna Maria, we would stay there again.

The Good and the Bad

Very impressed with property management, very responsive to the issues we brought up. However, I was disappointed with the house: dirty (daughter felt need to remove rugs and mop the floors) furniture stained, not a decent knife in kitchen, kitchen awkward, house design was very awkward, house very humid when we checked in.

Great location

Home was as described. Inside the home was clean and perfect for us. This house is on a dead end so no real traffic going by, but we love that it was a short bike ride to bean point and all the shops. This is an older home with a nice remodel. We will stay here again. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the pool was full of weeds and dirt clumps on our arrival. Great thing was Vacasa texted and asked if everything was good before we could even call about pool. They had pool company come a day early and clean pool. Thank you...

Family Vacation

We spent a week with our adult children. The house was nice, the backyard is beautiful, and the location is perfect (in the middle of the island). We selected this property because it had 3 full bathrooms. The shower curtain in the Jack and Jill bathroom was on the floor when we arrived, the spring tension rod had sprung. I text the number on Saturday when we arrived, I continued texting and calling every day, Monday - Friday. They finally sent someone on Friday who confirmed that the shower rod was broken. We left Saturday morning, never was able to use the 3rd shower.

Door key pad broken called no-one ever fixed the whole 2 weeks we were there. Tv in main living room never worked properly always needed to be "logged in". quality of beds was an issue, very worn out mattresses. simple things to fix without a lot of effort, would make a big difference.

Beautiful home and great location!

The home was in a fantastic location with an wonderful outside pool and hot tub. The home itself was nicely appointed and you could tell There was thought into the amenities you might enjoy. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked as if it was your own kitchen- there were games, books and even table linens. We literally walked just a block with the provided wagon every day it was sunny To the beach. It could not have been easier.Our family has a wonderful Christmas holiday. This was our first Vrbo experience and we found reaching the management company not as easy as we expected. I wish we would have been better prepared with items like soap and the sinks and more than 1 garbage bag. We are new and maybe this is how it just works. Overall, I would Hands down recommend this property. You would not be disappointed.

Perfect Family Vacation

We rented this home for our first family vacation to Anna Maria. The layout of the home was ideal for us as my daughter, husband and children (including a six month old) could be at one end of the home and we could be at the other very private end for sleeping. The home was well equipped with gear for the beach and my grandson loved spending time in the pool. The backyard oasis is beautiful and there is plenty of shade if you need some out of the sun time. Sitting on the deck in the evening afforded a beautiful way to wind down the day. It was a great location to go for a run of walk to Pine St. and visit the shops and grab ice cream. It’s a pretty good hike for young ones but we rented a double Bob stroller which worked perfectly for my grandchildren. We only had one issue and that was the pool vacuum seemed to have some issues but I notified Vacasa and they planned to have someone take a look after we departed. We brought our boat thinking we could use the ramp at the home, but it is not in shape to launch a 20’ boat so we launched from the local ramp and docked out back for the week. A little disappointing, but not a reason to not consider staying here again. The home is clean and a great location for boat days, beach days and pool days. Can’t wait to visit Anna Maria again.

Great Location with Amazing Backyard Oasis!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property, and especially appreciated the amazing backyard with the heated pool, hot tub, and direct access to the channel. It is also felt very private and tropical with all of the lush greenery on both sides. We absolutely loved the entertaining area under the upper deck complete with a dining table, bathroom, bags set, and ping pong table. We spent Thanksgiving pool-side, and it was wonderful! I will say that we were a little disappointed with the available equipment/utensils in the kitchen, and are used to private owner rentals where they have a stock of oils, spices, etc. left by prior renters. Also, there were a handful of maintenance issues, which was annoying, but Vacasa did come and take care of them for us fairly quickly. Overall, we would recommend this house based on the backyard/access to the channel, and proximity to the beaches, Pine Avenue, and all of the shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful home but owners were annoying

We loved the home. It was beautiful. The location was perfect but the owners were driving by the house each day complaining to the management company about too many cars at the property. Our contract stated we could have 4. On July 4th we had friends come to visit for the parade. They parked their car on the street in front of the house. We received a call about the car. The next day we had a visitor come by to go out on our boat with us. We got a call again. The management company offered us a solution. They allowed us to park one of our cars at their office. We appreciated that. Then the next day, management called to let us know the owner needed to put items in their storage unit at the house and wanted to come by to do so. We waited for them for over 2 1/2 hours. They never came. It was just annoying to be policed by the owners. The management company was very nice to us in trying to appease us and do their job for the owner. So no complaints with their handling of the uncomfortable situation the owners presented. We’ve rented on AMI several times and never had any issues with owners before. There is always a first time for everything I suppose.

Fantastic location!

The house is in a great location. We loved using the bikes and beach chairs we rented from Just4Fun. Swimming pool was very clean! We will be back! We had an issue with sliding glass door and the management addressed it as best they could. They also dropped off propane for us. There are several delicious restaurants in the area. Sunrise and sunsets in the area are beautiful!

This is a GREAT house, we would 100% stay again. Lovely decor and super clean. Made me instantly relaxed. Great location on the Island. Great beach access at the end of the street. Kitchen has standard and kuerig coffee pots. Salt and pepper is there but you need to bring the rest. Lots of dishes but could use a few more large coffee mugs, a large frying pan, and some plastic kids cups. Otherwise it has it all. There are 2 tubs for bathing little kids and even a step stool in the cabinet of one bathroom. Plenty of TVs and a PS2 with games, board games also. Bedrooms are a great size and layout for sleeping in. Mattresses are very very firm, pillows also too firm for my crew; will bring our own next time. That’s pretty typical in a rental. The upstairs patio is great for dinner and a sunset. The downstairs area is fun! We fished off the dock, we swam in the pool (which was even warm enough for me to get in and I won’t get in our own pool at home unless it’s 90° water). There is an outside shower, a ping pong table, and corn hole. There’s a ton of chairs and umbrellas and various toys left by guests. I was glad we brought our own sand toys, I bet that ebbs and flows. There was even a wagon cart. One thing I will say, if you have very small kids you may prefer a ranch home- I could not be upstairs and see my kids in the pool but mine are a little bit older and we are from FL so they are very strong swimmers. The backyard set up is SO much fun! Best rental we have had in AMI to date! Vacasa was also very responsive when we had questions.
