Alors, qu'est-ce que Industrial Chic? Industrial Chic est un style design qui trouve sa beauté dans un design utilitaire et vieilli. Ce sont des bois vieillis et des textures usées mélangées à du métal forgé ou soudé. L'étain, l'aluminium, le fer, l'acier sont tous utilisés dans le design industriel tant qu'ils ont une finition mate et un peu de patine.

Notre maison d'hôtes industrielle chic est située à Seminole Heights. Il y a environ 700 pieds carrés de surface habitable; qui comprend une grande chambre avec un lit queen size, une cuisine complète et une grande salle de bains. Pour plus d'espace, l'arrière-cour a une terrasse pour votre plaisir.

Depuis la maison d'hôtes est située dans notre jardin, vous pouvez avoir autant d'intimité que vous avez besoin; en gardant à l'esprit que l'arrière-cour est une zone commune. Nous vivons dans la maison principale et les deux travaillent à la maison. Par conséquent, nous sommes presque toujours disponibles personnellement. Sinon, nous pouvons être contactés par SMS ou appel téléphonique pour assistance ou urgences.

Perfect central location for exploring Tampa

If you have appreciation for historic neighborhoods and are seeking to be central to so much of Tampa- this is a great place to stay. The garden is lovely, lots of good food nearby and the rental is comfortable and has a great industrial vibe inside. It was a perfect landing spot for our little weekend of Tampa and Dunedin adventuring. Thanks Lashawn!

Fantastic Location & Quiet Comfort

This was such a wonderfully comfortable, roomy guest apartment! Loved the decor, amenities were abundant and well thought out. Roomy shower, stocked kitchen and super linens on the bed. The flower garden area is so welcoming, and jasmine in bloom. We were very very happy with this “find” for a weekend of attractions and a concert , all nearby and accessible . Owner’s excellent communication was a plus, and eatery recommendations were exactly what we craved. Would stay again for sure!

This home was adorable! The decorations are fabulous and it was very clean! The location is great and the host were even better! LaShawn and Chris made us feel very welcomed and helped us with all of our questions! Parking was right out from, no problem there. The house and yard are beautiful. Awesome Listing

We absolutely loved the guesthouse. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It was also quiet despite being off a major highway. I highly recommend this listing to anyone who wants to be close to downtown.

A great little guesthouse

The location was great - easy to get anywhere from there. The bed was comfortable! And it, like other reviews said, was quiet-surprisingly quiet given how close it is to 275. La Shawn was very friendly & helpful. She responded quickly to our requests. And we found a local restaurant she had never tried! I would definitely consider staying here again.

a special place by wonderful people

My wife and I rented the Industrial Chic Guesthouse this past week and we had such a lovely time. It was great to get to know LaShawn and Chris and learn about their home and neighborhood and how the guesthouse came to be. We had cocktails on the patio one evening with some of their neighbors and they gave us great restaurant recommendations. The actual guesthouse is really fantastic. Cozy and romantic in an industrial way. All the furnishings we nice, comfortable and fit the aesthetic. There was plenty of room to spread out for the week, with a very nice kitchen and living space. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Great amenities in the bathroom. The patio is really lovely and we had a few breakfasts there. The location was also very central to the things we were doing there. Thanks again for making our stay so great! One can clearly see how much they love their home and this space they have shared for other travels.

Convenient location with hospitality abounding

Great location to get around the Tampa metro area and Lashawn and Chris were great. Loved the comfort of the bed and the backyard! Character of the homes in the neighborhood made it even more special. Parking on street was easy in front of the house and privacy was great! Thank you!
