Retiré Northwoods Getaway-étang de baignade privé, bain à remous, et 70 hectares de bois

Laissez vos ennuis à la fin de l'allée de 1/4 mile et voyagez dans les bois à cette cabane en rondins privée complète avec toutes les commodités modernes. Cette cabane est située sur 70 acres de bois avec un petit ruisseau qui le traverse et un étang de baignade privé, avec un fond de sable. La cabine dispose également d'un bain à remous extérieur 6 personnes qui se sent bien à tout moment de l'année.

La location de la cabine comprend également l'utilisation de nos deux kayaks pour explorer l'étang ou le ruisseau, et un pédalo pour l'utiliser dans l'étang. Ou passer la journée à construire des châteaux de sable sur votre propre plage de sable privée ou flotter sur un radeau avec un verre à la main.

Marcher sur les kilomètres de sentiers de bois sinueux ou se détendre sur le porche filtré. Un foyer rugissant intérieur est parfait pour se détendre pendant les froides nuits d'hiver ou faire un feu de joie et rassembler la famille autour et cuisiner des smores. Votre location comprend une provision généreuse de bois de chauffage à utiliser pendant votre séjour ici.

La cabine est située à quelques minutes de l'embarcadère du pont Buckhorn à Castle Rock Lake et l'allée et le parking peuvent facilement gérer plusieurs véhicules avec des remorques si vous souhaitez apporter votre bateau ou vous pouvez louer un bateau pour la journée sur le château Roche.

Les sentiers de motoneige du comté de Juneau et les sentiers de VTT sont également accessibles depuis la cabine.

Il n'est pas rare de voir des cerfs et des dindons dans la cour avant. Les voisins les plus proches sont à environ un demi mile et les étoiles sont incroyables la nuit. Si vous cherchez à vous évader et à faire de bons souvenirs de famille, cet endroit est fait pour vous.

When we checked in, our cabin wasn't cleaned from the previous tenants. After a few phone calls, the cleaner came 20 minutes later and corrected the mistake.After the frustrating start, a few days in a contractor came to mow while we were outside. He was very kind and said that he would come back after we checkout the next day. Some of the floor was cracked and broken and covered with a rug. It did not bother us, but it may bother others.Overall, it was a good stay. A few hiccups, but it was nice to get away from a busy life.

We really enjoyed the pond and using the kayaks. Another favorite of ours was the screened in porch. The hot tub was very nice too. A beautiful home in a beautiful location.

We had a great time at this awesome property! The house was nice and clean and had all the essentials. Beds seemed newer and were comfy, tho a little soft. The bathrooms were clean with good water pressure in the showers. The kitchen had more than enough bowls, pots/pans, etc which was very nice. The screened in porch was a great spot to sit and hang out after a long day of swimming in the pond! The pond was awesome; water was clean and warm, bottom was nice and sandy right by the shore, a little mucky toward the middle but not too bad. And there were TONS of bluegill in the pond. We had a lot of fun catching them with a rod, net, and even hand-feeding them. The property was huge and quiet and well kept. It felt very secluded but with the dells just 30 mins away we didn't feel out of touch. We went to Fawn Creek winery in the Dells one day and it was beautiful, would definitely recommend. All in all we are very happy with this rental and will likely be back some day!

We enjoyed the place we stayed. We wish the Cabin would have been a little more clean. Also, the Lilly pad for the lake was dirty so we did not end up using that. Overall, we enjoyed the wildlife and views.

We had a great time during our stay. The listing was accurate and the house included everything that we needed. Our kids, 10 & 7 really enjoyed fishing as well as the kayaks and paddleboat. The front porch deck is in need of repair (weak boards as well as some that have been a snack for a beaver), and the house could use a deep clean. However, if you're looking for a place to unplugging and relaxing, this is a great house.

The stay was fantastic. Very secluded and peaceful. We hung out in the kayaks most of the time we were on property. Couldn’t get the kids off of them!Just a 35 minute ride into the Dells so you’re close enough to the excitement but still far enough away to unwind.

Summer vacation with the family

Needed some deep cleaning but we had a blast in the pond and outside in the hot tub. Location was great. Secluded but close enough to the dells to enjoy the activities there.

Very nice place to stay. Hot tub was awesome. Close to attractions and good places to eat. Mickeys bar and grill in town has good food. Seen some deers and wild turkeys. Enjoyed are stay and will rent again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Family getaway

We stayed as a family getaway. Our girls had a blast fishing, kayaking, and using the paddle boat. We would take the 4-wheelers to the different restaurants and would go exploring their trails. Would love to come back again sometime.

Peaceful and private getaway

What a hidden gem! It was a perfectly peaceful getaway that was much needed. We enjoyed watching the wildlife, stargazing from the hot tub, and cuddling up by the fireplace. The Friday fish fry and cranberry old fashioneds at The Dirty Turtle were delicious as well! We will hopefully be back!

Blissful Woodland Getaway

My husband and I had the best time at this gorgeous hidden cabin! We enjoyed every amenity, from hikes on the trails to horseshoes and fishing, naps on the screened in porch and hot tubbing to fireplace fires watching movies on that ever so comfortable couch! It was paradise and just what we needed as a couple! We’ve always appreciated quality time, nature and enjoying having fun together. This cabin was perfect for it all! We also enjoyed traveling through the surrounding small town dive bars and trying their delicious food and drinks while meeting the locals. It was a quick trip into the Dells for fine dining, shopping and fun too! We can’t wait to return and next time will try to schedule to bring our children along for the fun! Thank you for everything! It was magic!

Nice secluded getaway

Our stay at the cabin was great! The furnishings are very comfortable for sitting and sleeping. We went there to take an unplugged break with family and friends and that’s what we got. Some things to be mentioned though: We must’ve been the 1st ones to stay in a while as some areas could’ve used a refresher prior to our stay and the outside refrigerator was not working. They were quick to respond and offer to compensate cost of ice to keep our things cold. There was a few things that didn’t match up to the listing description but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us. There is a picture in the listing of a loft that is off limits to guest so it honestly shouldn’t be pictured. The area of the “sandy beach” had a sign that said stay off. But there is plenty of area to access the swimming pond. The “rules and cleaning” list is excessive as you pay quite a bit to stay and a cleaning fee. (There’s a whole binder for you to read upon arrival.) Little hand written notes taped all over reminding you what to and not to do is a bit excessive. I’m assuming they’ve had problems in the past?. I guess as respectable family people who live on a septic & well ourselves we didn’t need the reminders. Overall, we would most definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone!

Perfect and private getaway!

Had a great time. Very secluded, quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed the hot tub, horseshoes, and fire pit. Weather was a bit cold for swimming in the pond but we jumped in briefly anyway! When at the cabin it seemed we were miles away from anything, but really there was so much to see and do in and around the area. Would stay here again and would highly recommend yo friends and family!
