Great condo and location.

We have been seasonal renter’s in the Clearwater area for over 10 years and we have never stayed in a condo that had some many amenities. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and in a great location to walk to all activities in the Clearwater Beach area. Donna was excellent and very kind. We would definitely rent this condo in the future.

A piece of paradise

Absolutely wonderful time in a beautiful condo! Location top notch- directly on waterway. Beach steps away. We walked to different restaurants every night. Security excellent and friendly. Owner a caring, helpful individual. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

Unfortunately, the property was under major construction, both inside and out. Property amenities were unavailable during construction such as the pool and fitness center. The balcony was under construction and unavailable and detracting from the view. With that said, the location was excellent and the host was responsive and accommodating. The pool in the hotel next door was available for use but inconvenient. To be fair, this will be an above average property when construction is completed.

Waterview

Es war ein gelungener Urlaub. Die Wohnung war mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war super, man konnte Delfine, Manatees und Vögel beobachten. Der Weg zum Strand ist wirklich kurz.Alles in Allem eine gute Wahl.

Excellent location. Beautiful view of ocean and surprise dolphines spectacular.

Well-kept condo building, kind condo managers and presence of security guard. are big plus. Nearby beach (about 3 minutes walk from the bldg.) for walking; restaurants and beach shops along the way are convenient.

Amazing condo

The condo unit was all that we had expected and more. Donna, the owner, was extremely helpful with any questions we had and was wonderful to work with. The unit was spotlessly clean and neat. Everything needed for a great vacation was available in the unit. Nothing was lacking. Also the location was awesome. Most days we walked to everything. Restaurants, shops and beach were all within walking distance. Would HIGHLY recommend this condo and would definitely book for a return vacation.

Wonderful Getaway!

My husband and I never expected such a great experience, even though we felt we should leave early due to the virus. The condo was very comfortable and Donna is amazing! No question went unanswered, no matter how trivial, and she was very quick to respond!

A Little Piece of Heaven

The condo and all the amenities were exactly what we expected. It was very well stocked for all of our needs. The view from the balcony was amazing!! We loved the location and all the people/owners made you feel like family! We will definitely share with our friends & family and be back next year!!!

Location, location and location.

In my opinion this property was in the best location in Clearwater Beach as the view from the balcony was fantastic. We saw lots of dolphins and manatees every day. There was always plenty of room to sit or sunbathe around the pool and only a couple of minutes walk to the award winning beach in Clearwater Beach. The location too was ideal for all of the restaurants, all within walking distance and the best one was across the road, Salty's. We are looking forward to visiting again soon. The owner was very helpful in providing information for our stay. Thank you very much for a great time.
