Mandy and Melissa were the BEST HOST PERIOD❗️ They made sure we had what was needed and answered is back quickly. The home pool/maintenance gentleman was also friendly and took care of us. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. The house was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be back. 🥰🥰💯

No real closets in most of the bedrooms. Could use a top to bottom check because there are many small things that need to be repaired. The granite in the kitchen island is broke and needs replacement. Lastly, the check out "penalties" are absurd. Leave towels in the wrong place, a fine, leave sheets in the wrong place, a fine, and on and on. For the price of the unit, the cleaners should be responsible for more.

Great Location!

The location was perfect, and the property manager and maintenance guy were wonderful. The rental was not as clean as it should have been, and we had issues from day one which were addressed. Sinks clogged with vomit in them, multiple doors not closing properly, and shower doors as well. The pool was usually dirty, and the hot tub never worked, and we had to constantly add water to it as it kept going down (no clue why) and that wasn't our job but didn't want to see the motor blow out. The kitchen floor is in very bad shape, and everyone kept tripping. I was very nervous with my father-in-law falling. For the price we paid, numerous things need addressed!

Reviewer Comments: The issues that we had was the internet was very spotted it was hard to even watch a fire stick or movies on the TV in the kitchen area I also had two rooms that couldn't get the TV on to watch anything so that was a big issue to some of our guests. On top of that no one was able to get our hot tub on we use the hot tub from unit b and that was because no one was actually in unit be at that moment. And we didn't want to keep calling someone to come over to look at or fix the TVs and hot tub. The gentleman that came by to look at the hot tub wasn't the original person that was in charge of it so he really didn't know what the problem was with our hot tub or should I say how to get it to run. A lot of guests felt like it would have been nice if there were someone on hand to come out to fix the issues and also the guy that eventually came for the hot tub it took about 30 minutes and they said he will be there in about 10:00 so when he got there they were getting out the tub. Overall the guest s that came with me says it was okay but they thought it would be much better and felt like prop and hands.(They didn't feel like they wanted to try to figure out or troubleshoot the issues with a TV didn't want to be responsible for anything happening with it) And the parking was really tight especially if you have SUVs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit A for 7 nights. Although we had some maintenance issues, the staff was very professional and responsive. The common areas, specially the kitchen/dining room, truly lend themselves to a large family gathering. The bedrooms, unfortunately, are not as large as they appear in the pictures. In the few rooms that could accommodate an additional sleeper (outside of the bed), there is only room for a cot. It might sleep 50, but not 50 full grown adults. Luckily we were 43 including toddlers, but we could have used more space in the rooms. Take note that the pool area in unit A does not provide the same privacy as unit B. Unit A's pool area is fully visible to passer byers on the road. Everyone was friendly and the beach access is super convenient. This is the place for families and relaxation. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful Home for large group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great for our 30+ family members. There was plenty of spread out space for adults and children. One issue was beds were extra firm and pillows was too soft. There was a broom but no mop. I believe there should be basic cleaning supplies. Closeness to the beach and beach views from desks was good. Another issue was parking, having only 7 spots for a house which sleeps 50 makes no sense. I believe Together Resorts should provide parking pass in secure lot for parking, instead of the overflow parking lot which is just a lot, not in walking distance to the house. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car on Sea Mountain Drive. With price of house, there should be parking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 5401A N Ocean Blvd for a family Thanksgiving get-together. The 14 bedrooms with a number of room configurations, each with its own bathroom worked great for our family (21 adults and 5 kids, ranging in age from 18 months to 95 years)! The elevator and accessible room were great for our family matriarch and the bunk rooms combined with large beds were great for the families with little ones. Everything was very clean and everyone having their own bathroom was great!The three floors are very clearly demarcated by use and furnishings are nice/durable but basic. There is a small sitting area on the kitchen level, a theater room above, and a game room on the top floor. The main place to gather was the kitchen area, but with the massive granite table, there was limited relaxation area. There is outdoor space by the pool (which we didn't use) but otherwise limited outdoor seating. It is very close to the beach - and the few maintenance issues we had were handled promptly and met or exceeded expectations.

Not only was the property in a great location at Cherry Grove, the place was spotless. The HUGE chef's kitchen with 3 fridge/freezers, 2 ranges/ovens, 2 microwaves and a table that comfortably sat over 30 adults was perfect for our group.Each bedroom/bathroom was comfortable and spacious & each had a TV. The theater was the perfect space for presentations (and watching sports) and the game room upstairs led to hours of friendly competition.I would certainly recommend for business retreats, etc., but the place is perfect for a large family reunion or multifamily family vacation. Plenty big enough to spread out, but capable of having everyone together. A great spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: FALSE ADVERTISING, NO HOT WATER ON THE SECOND OR THIRD FLOOR, THE WIFI DIDNT WORK, HOT TUB WAS BROKEN THE ENTIRE TIME, POOL WAS UNDER MAINTENANCE THE ENTIRE TIME, SPA JETS IN TUBS DID NOT WORK, NO PROPANE W/GRILL, LOUD NEIGHBORS, ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING,POOL AREA IS NOT PRIVATE. WE WERE MISLED BY THE PICTURES AND DESCRIPTIONS ONLINE AND TOGETHER RESORTS. OVERPRICED FOR THE ACCOMMODATIONS. NICE KITCHEN & MEDIA ROOM. ADVERTISED AS LUXURY, BUT ITS MORE LIKE LOW BUDGET

Jill, Thank you for bringing the hot water concern to our attention. Maintenance was able to rectify this for you during your stay, and we are thankful for you letting us know. We realize that this is a large property, and the WiFi can be spotty in some places in the property. We also understand your frustration with the pool being under maintenance during your stay. This can be frustrating. Together Resorts does not provide propane for our grills, as stated in the rental agreement. As this is a duplex, there are 2 swimming pools on the property. The pictures for A pool and B pool are not the same. B pool is at the back of the property, A pool is on the front of the property. We have addressed the maintenance concerns and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Together Resorts

Youth Group Retreat

This property is the perfect youth retreat. The media room was perfect for our meetings, the dining allows for fellowship and all sitting together, the kitchen was easy to cook meals.... the pool and hot tub were great and the pool table was great for free time. We couldn't ask for a better place.

Amazing Christmas!!!

My family and I enjoyed everything about this property. It made our Christmas so memorable during a stressful time. Everything you could ever need was provided. The views of the Atlantic were amazing. This property is worth every penny
