Great Location!

We enjoyed our short stay in Colorado Springs. The house was very nice with plenty of space our group of 7. It very clean, comfortable and close to Garden of the Gods. I would stay here again.

Rhonda and group were perfect guests and left our home very clean and followed all our house rules. I would highly recommend any VRBO owner to let them stay at our home. Please come back and stay at any of our 6 Colorado Springs homes or if in Las Vegas we have 1 home that sleeps 13, and in Orlando Fl we have a 6bdrm 6 Bath that sleeps 18. Tony

Very nice stay

Our stay was perfect! No issues at all. Tony was extremely easy to work with. Home had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was conveniently located to what we wanted to do. The only thing is that it butts up to I25 so you do get traffic noise. Didn’t bother us because we sleep with noise makers anyway 🤣. Highly recommend this house. Nice king size beds is always a plus!

Good location

We had surprised about cleaning, because the house ( for us) smells like mold! We had to clean dishes, silverware because it wasn’t clean! There is 1 wine glass and only plastic glasses! Area is good, good location. Fast internet! Furniture is old. For 4 nights is enough!

Roger We highly recommend You stay at the Broadmoor Hotel, next time you're in town so that it might better suite your needs. No other reviews or guests have ever said it smells like mold, so don't know what your family brought into our home! Furniture is all New and all New Mattresses etc. I don't think a VRBO home is the best place to stay for your family.

I Loved the memory foam mattresses. Location is what it is. If you had provided a pizza pan and wheel I would have given you 5 stars. You get 4. Love me some pizza pan and wheel.

Comfort

We loved the beds and furnishings! Very comfortable! All our kids agreed. Homeowners were great communicators and had clear instructions for us. They were available when we had questions. It does have easy access to the freeway and restaurants near by. You do hear the freeway noise, which we could handle, but would have preferred a heads up before we committed. We would have stayed there anyway due to the nicely discounted price for this size property. Our boys loved a skate park nearby and the girls walked the neighborhood. Family friendly side of town!

Disgusting

This house was really a disappointment. We traveled to Colorado Springs to spend a weekend pampering our Son during Parents weekend at USAFA. Although a surface cleaning seemed to be done the bathrooms were moldy, the plastic blinds on the windows had several broken slats. The highway is so loud next to the house that even with the windows closed it sounds as though trucks and motorcycles are running through the bedroom when you try to sleep. The family room furniture is small and uncomfortable. I will never trust a high rating on a Vrbo after this place. Huge disappointment.

Jodi Thank you for Review. We both know your bad review is because we didn't allow you to Check-In Early as you Ignored our House Rules and showed up hours early! As the all the other Great Reviews on All booking sites have great reviews from guests that read and followed the house rules, then didn't pout and write a dishonest review like you did! How is a Full Size Couch and Love Seat small? Yes this house is off I25/Garden of the Gods with access to everything. Next time we suggest you stay at the Broadmoor to better suit your lodging needs as a VRBO Home isn't the right fit for you. Happy Holidays!

Tony's place was EXACTLY what we wanted.

We were in town to visit cousins, and Tony's place, just a couple miles from their home, worked out GREAT for us. Everyone had a bed. There was plenty room for our vehicles. Yes, it's next to a freeway, but that's what ear plugs are for! ;)

Complex check-in

Checking in was not efficient with multiple couples due to the app used to get in and out of this property. Two of the couples couldn’t access the app as the owner only allowed 3 people to have the app. The app would only download to smartphones and one couple uses prepaid phones. Hence someone else had to be with this couple Amy time they needed to get into the house. The rest of the house was great. Be aware it is close to freeway so expect to hear traffic.

Nice property

We rented the property for a week's stay in early October. Check-in via a Bluetooth-enabled front-door lock was efficient and quickly arranged. Everything we needed was provided. The beds were large (3 K, 1Q) and comfortable. We essentially had no problems with the property. The only issue was with a disagreement about the provision of Air Conditioning. When we arrived the house was hot and only the heat was operable. The owner recommended opening the windows as they don't operate the A/C after 10/1. This created two problems for us: noise from the nearby interstate and two of our group having asthma. Had we known of this policy we would not have rented the property. In speaking with VRBO and the owner we did resolve the problem and had A/C for the week. I should also mention that the internet service was excellent in terms of signal strength and reliability. Overall the home served us well.

Very Comfortable and nice location.

The property was very clean and comfortable. We had three couples and there was plenty of room. We loved having multiple King size beds. The location was very convenient for getting around Colorado Springs. Tony was very easy to get ahold of with any questions or concerns. Check in and check out were very easy. We would rent again if we come back.

Great Getaway!

Super clean home...lots of room for family to stay in. Easy access to everything and owner was very accommodating. Highly recommend this location if you are considering a stay in Colorado Springs!
