Location à la semaine - du vendredi au vendredi, mais louer pour 4 jours de week-end pour 4000 $. 00 Grande maison 5 chambres 3 et 1/2 salles de bains récemment rénovées avec tous les nouveaux appareils dernier cri. Situé sur une artère principale qui vous amène soit à la plage et Boardwalk à une extrémité ou le centre-ville éclectique et animé à l'autre bout. Restaurants et supermarché à distance de marche. La ville offre un service gratuit de trolley qui passe cette maison pratique qui vous transportera vers les restaurants de la plage et même Bay Head. Parking pour accueillir 3 voitures sur les lieux et passe au parc 3 dans la rue. 6 téléviseurs avec câble et WiFi fournis. Climatisation centrale. Literie fournie mais pas de serviettes. Grand patio avec mobilier et parasols avec grand barbecue à gaz fourni.

great set up

The house fit our needs perfectly. Great location, fully equipped for anything you might need. Bob the owner was very friendly and accessible. Was a great week for everyone.

Wonderful property and location!

My family and I had such a great time here! The pictures don’t do it justice - the house was beautiful and such a great location, not too far of a walk to the beach/boardwalk and also only a few blocks to the downtown area. I believe there was an extra bathroom that was not on the listing which was a nice surprise ! It was also great not to have to bring linens/towels etc and there was a fully stocked laundry room which was necessary with 3 kids under 2!! Robert was very communicative and accommodating when there was a slight issue with the VRBO payment. Would recommend this house to anyone and it was a pleasure working with Robert!

Great Point Pleasant Beach property

This house was perfect for our stay! It had 5 bedrooms and many slept comfortably. The second living room upstairs was a huge plus, especially for our teenagers who wanted their privacy! Had parking! Supplied linens and towels! Supplied beach badges! Great amenities! Would stay here again!

Perfect beach getaway

This was the most perfect house. Literally park in driveway and never really touch the car. Walk to beach walk to shops. Robert was responsive before we arrived and ensured we were good upon arrival. The house was clean and big and had ALL needed supplies ( linens towels grill full tank of gas etc). I brought all my adult kids and grandbaby and we all had a great time. Thanks you Robert. I would highly recommend this to anyone

Amazing beach house!

Great location! Walked to the beach/boardwalk every day!! House was huge. Very deceiving from the outside. 5 spacious bedrooms. Plenty of beds. Amenities were great. The fact we didnt have to bring towels and linens is amazing!! Chairs and beach badges included-fabulous!! Owners were great at communicating. Very easy to get a hold of if needed. Backyard patio and grill perfect for entertaining. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Point!!

Amazing

Robert was an amazing host and the house was wonderful! Bedding and bathrooms were clean and great outdoor patio with a grill for having a summer night dinner outside! The neighbors were super friendly and it was easy to walk to the beach and super convenient with the beach passes supplies to us by Robert. Robert checked in to make sure we got in okay and was very clear with all instructions of the house. Would absolutely rent again such a great experience!

Beach getaway

We booked this house last minute and it was the best choice! Bob was soo helpful in making the process carefree. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner. This particular house came with beach passes, which was a huge help at point pleasant since we had a big crowd. House was very clean, linens smelled fresh and still warm from being washed. Bathrooms were very clean, furniture was nice. Beds were well thought out in how to accommodate bigger families and sleeping arrangements. Bob thought of all the necessary items to have in the house to make our stay as homely as possible. Location was great, 2 1/2 blocks from beach/boardwalk, 3 blocks from downtown shopping and eating and grocery store.

Great stay in perfect location

We had a great stay at Rob’s place. The house was very spacious, perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Rob was great about communicating. The location was perfect! Close to town, station and the beach, boardwalk. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Great, clean house super close to boardwalk!

This was a great house for my group of friends - we couldn't believe how big it was inside! The furnishings were cute and thoughtful. The back patio, grill, driveway, and front porch were perfect. Bob was super responsive on the couple questions we had via text. We were able to get in the house a couple hours early which made it super easy. It's only a few blocks from the boardwalk - on the same street as the entrance and great restaurants and bars. Also a super cute marina area very close-by. Would definitely stay here again! Immaculate, charming yellow beach house

This house was a joy to stay in. It was immaculate and well appointed, and big enough for our whole family, including kids, grandchildren and nieces. It had any kitchen tools and dishes we needed, clean linens. Nicely furnished, it didn’t seem like just a rental someone furnished cheaply just to rent out. It seemed like someone’s home. The owner was there when we arrived to clean the grill. He was very nice and clearly proud of his home. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching people walk by, and the beach was only a short 3 block walk away. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful house, great for a group!

We had a fantastic stay—the house is in a great location halfway between town and the beach/boardwalk. It was an easy walk (less than 10 minutes) in either direction. The house has plenty of space and 3 different living rooms/sitting areas, so the kids could play in one space and the adults could chat in another space. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. The owner is a pleasure and is quick to reply to any questions. I’d highly recommend!
