OCEANSIDE Waves - Sea Vista Court. Cette belle maison, nichée sur le lac dans la rue haut de gamme Waves, est juste une courte promenade de la plage. Situé sur un cul-de-sac tranquille, vous apprécierez la solitude que cette maison offre. Étape jusqu'à la terrasse meublée de premier niveau donnant sur la piscine privée, bain à remous 7 personnes et le lac. À ce niveau se trouve une salle de jeux avec baby-foot, petit réfrigérateur et Smart TV 32 ", ainsi que deux chambres de maître queen, chacune avec Smart TV et des curseurs sur le pont arrière. Deux autres chambres à ce niveau, une avec deux lits superposés et une avec un lit double partagent une salle de bain complète. Au dernier niveau de la maison, vous trouverez la grande et grande salle avec des plafonds voûtés. Il y a beaucoup de sièges autour du centre de divertissement qui dispose de la cheminée à gaz, TV / DVD et stéréo / lecteur CD. Hors de la zone de vie est la véranda où vous pouvez profiter d'une boisson fraîche avec vue. Le chef du groupe appréciera la cuisine lumineuse, bien conçue et équipée avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir. La salle à manger avec curseur sur le pont supérieur avant offre une vue sur les couchers de soleil spectaculaires OBX. Le niveau supérieur est complété par une chambre lit king-size avec salle de bain semi-privée, télévision connectée et curseur vers le pont arrière. Il n'y a pas de tripes ici, juste des vacances amusantes!

Property was ready early. Nice and clean, bedrooms were comfortable and the top floor was large and open for the family. The hot tub was a fun place in the evening for relaxing family time. The beach and grocery store was a short walk, no need to drive.

Large home in quiet neighborhood. Convenient 5 minute walk to the beach. Home was well equipped with cooking implements. Management team was incredibly professional and responsive to a couple of small concerns. Hot tub was clean and warm upon arrival. Sand burrs/spurs and spiny cacti are VERY prevalent here and all around the island. It was a rough week for the dog. She came back limping after every outing. Some protective paw covers would be money well spent.Had a lovely time. Make sure to visit the deli/store at the entrance to the neighborhood.

Beautiful location!

After some miscommunication with the rental company about when we were allowed to get into the house and then some mishaps with damaged stuff at the house we did end up and join our stay!

Amazing place!!!

So this place had everything we needed! Dog friendly and only 5 minute walk to beach! The pool and hot tub were a hit! Lots of room to play and explore..we really enjoyed watching the turtles out back and all the cool birds o. The lake!! Will be booking again for next year! Sandfiddler rocks!

Overall very nice

The house was very clean up on arrival and had plenty of room for our group of 7, ages 19-76. It was a little far for the grandparents to walk to the beach. Even with the drop off at the boardwalk, it was quite a hike for them to actually get down to the water. Grounds were nice, the kayaks were great for the small lake and it was a quiet neighborhood. A convenience store was very close along with restaurants and larger grocery stores a short drive. The pool was convenient, unfortunately it didn't get cleaned during our stay even after we contacted them. Other than that it was a great week!

Terrific Family Rental

Loved the location, the pool, all the decks for enjoying the outdoors, ocean just a short walk away. Plenty of space and well laid out for our group of three families. The kayaks were fun for exploring the lake. Lots of activities available. Home could use some updating and deep cleaning. Was a little disappointed at the lack of basic supplies; I.e., toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, paper towel, laundry detergent, etc.

4th of July Week at Sand Fiddler

We enjoyed a fun and relaxing week at Sand Fiddler! Beautiful clean home with lots of space for our group of 8 adults. Well equipped kitchen with everything that we needed. We enjoyed kayaking in the lake behind the house, relaxing at the pool, cooking every night in the spacious kitchen and playing games. The beach is a short walk from the house and there are plenty of beach chairs to use. Perfect location to explore Hatteras Island. Great view of the night sky and local fireworks from the balcony. Highly recommend and would happily rent again.

Family Vacay plus a Bday

We had a Family of 9 staying at Sand fiddler. We were ages 13 to 77. We had a wonderful time may things to see to keep us busy both directions on Hwy 12. The house gave us privacy when needed and a big space to gather. Only bad thing was a small ants on kitchen counter. Nothing that some bug spray couldnt handle. Overall was Great time for all ages.

Poorly Maintained Home

Cleaners missed wiping kitchen counter tops, cleaning a shower, inside of fridge was not touched. Fridge does not stay shut, roaches in downstairs bedroom, main garbage can was broken held together by 2 screws, decking was bouncing boards and many screws sticking up, bedroom doors upstairs close/slam shut on their own. As a property manager I would never have allowed guest to stay.

Very Impressive Home - Family of 9

PROS: Spotless on entry. Extremely well-equipped kitchen; bedrooms and bathrooms sizeable; clean linens already on beds and bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths provided (for 12). Balconies, screened porch, patio, pool (including outdoor furniture on balconies and pool area), outdoor shower and gas grill amenities made the home. Great room, dining room (table for 12) and kitchen have ample space. Tasteful, coastal decor throughout home. CONS: Small leak under a bathroom sink upon arrival. Plumber came out and said he could not fix it during our stay. We used a small bucket - not a big problem. Propane tank was empty - had to go to Surf or Sound Office to exchange tank - later saw this procedure on information documents at the house. No hot water for 1.5 days - after a few calls to the office within 2-hour time period, I spoke to Patti who said, "I am dropping what I'm doing to get this resolved". The following morning the hot water heater was replaced - no further problems throughout stay. Patti was awesome!! THE BEACH: Parking for about 8 cars a block from the house and then 1/2 block from the boardwalk. You can briefly park in front of the boardwalk to let out family and beach gear. There is boardwalk-to-sand access to get to the beach. There is also a long-boarded ramp for handicapped individuals and/or carts, but once you get to the top of the ramp, it becomes stairs to get down to the beach. Also, 2 kayaks and several beach chairs provided.Great sunrises and sunsets

Great place to unwind

It was a great place to rest and unwind. Beautiful sunrises with an amazing amount of wildlife right in view. Comfortable and spacious inside with lots of decks and a screened porch for hanging out. Pool and hot tub were a great plus.

Exceeded our expectations!

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and we are already planning another trip! The Sand Fiddler had EVERYTHING we could possibly need for an amazing week! The kitchen was fully stocked with blenders, crock pots, a Keurig, other coffee makers, and many other kitchen utensils! We were so surprised to find scooters for our kiddos, corn hole, beach and pool toys. The house was in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. A short walk to the beach and shops. The house was very clean and very spacious for 3 families. We had a great time and would absolutely stay in this home again!

This was an excellent property, very well equipped and the location was fantastic. Only downside to our trip were the limitations due to covid-19, but the comforts of the property made up for that. Also loved that we could bring our dog and you would never guess that there were dogs there previusly.

Perfect

It was the perfect house for us. Could have been a little cleaner as there was trash under the beds. The pool also was not clean when we arrived. Management was great however. I would stay here again.
