La location de vacances avec deux chambres et une salle de bain peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec un canapé-lit récemment modernisé dans le salon. Les murs aux couleurs vives et cÎtiÚres créent un excellent équilibre entre des vibrations amusantes et relaxantes pour votre retraite de plage. 'CubieBlue' Station d'accueil / réveil pour haut-parleur USB / Bluetooth dans les deux chambres (2); idéal pour charger plusieurs appareils! Téléviseurs muraux dans chaque piÚce. Prise de charge USB dans le bar de la cuisine aussi!

Stationnement pour deux voitures directement sous ce condo au premier étage. Pas de balcon privé, mais une grande passerelle pour s'asseoir, à quelques pas de la plage de sable blanc. Le complexe dispose également d'une petite piscine.

Dépanneur / beach mart avec restaurant et glacier directement de l'autre cÎté de la rue.

Zone de grillades Ă©galement (pas de grillades fournies). UnitĂ© non-fumeur. Les vĂ©hicules surdimensionnĂ©s ne rentreront pas dans la place de stationnement. Les remorques, les fourgonnettes hautes, les bateaux, etc. ne sont pas autorisĂ©s sur les lieux. Good beach access. Close enough to music fest but far enough to not be in the hecticness of it. Only would say need more than pne trash bag.

Not a great stay

We’ve been coming to Gulf Shores for years and have stayed at several condos in Sunrise Village, but unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience we’ve had.Just before our trip, we were notified that the building would be under construction. While a full refund was offered, the notice was so short that we couldn’t find another place to stay—so we were stuck.From the moment we arrived, the view was completely obstructed by construction equipment, portable toilets, and noise from constant work being done. On top of that, the fire marshal and city inspector showed up on our first day and forced about a third of the building to vacate. The entire beachside section was shut down due to rotting wood and structural safety concerns.Inside the unit, things didn’t improve. The front door barely opened because the floor was so warped it blocked the door. A strong mildew smell hit us immediately. The bathroom had visible mold, none of the bedroom doors would latch shut, and the queen bed was rock hard with only a sheet and a paper-thin blanket provided.The dryer was another headache—despite cleaning the lint trap every time, it worked inconsistently. Sometimes it wouldn’t start, and other times it shut off mid-cycle.Needless to say, by the end of the trip, we were more than ready to leave. We love Gulf Shores and will definitely be back—but never to this unit again. It desperately needs repairs, updates, and a lot more transparency with guests

Great location for the family to be beach bums!

We have stayed in this condo a couple of times for our fall break vacations. It's a great location to be right on the beach with a store, restaurant, and ice cream shop right across the street. You're just a short drive from several great restaurants and family fun. You have all the needed amenities to have a great week of family fun! We will definitely keep coming back!

Great location

Everything was perfect! Beds are a little hard, but otherwise great. Staff was quick to respond to fix any issues. Right on the beach, and right across the street from a grocery/convenience store and seafood market. We never moved the car once we arrived!

Perfect family stay on the beach

This was our second time staying at a Sunrise Village property. The fact that you are directly on the beach is perfect when you're traveling with little ones. You are a 1 minute walk from the ocean to your condo door. We will definitely be coming back!

Only dislike we had was the parking spot by the stairs. It made it smaller than other spots. We had to get all of our stuff out the truck before parking it. If you have a car probably wouldn't be a problem.

Nice place! Mattresses, not so much

I would definitely stay here again, but I would bring mattress toppers for sure. The mattresses were very thin and hard. It took a while each morning to resolve the soreness in our bodies, which was a bummer. The property manager, Stephanie, was fantastic! We were harassed by some guests above us, and she handled the situation nicely. I would stay here again for sure, but definitely bringing the mattress toppers!

It was managable

We arrived in Gulf Shores at 3. I got the key from Gulfsands rentals, but did not enter the condo till 4. When we walked in there was still sand on the floor(a lot of it). That was no big deal. The queen size bed and the pull out couch was outdated. The pull out couch looked okay but when I sat on it, the bottom of the couch fell down. When it came time to pull the bed out for my teen, the mattress smelled like it had been peed on over and over and the metal pull out bars were rusted. My daughter is the only 1 who needs a tv to go to sleep, but in her room there was a universal remote and the tv was not connected to the Wi-Fi/internet. Could not connect it due to not being able to switch to numbers for the code. I did call the next morning to tell about the bed and tv a few times but there was no answer and I had plans and could not wait around, if I would have left a message would have had to do just that. The bathroom was small and the toilet is so close to the wall, my husband is a bit bigger than I am and that was not a good fit for him. Over all an updated couch and a working universal remote would have made my teen and my preteen happy.

Everything was good for the price. Only complaint is the tv remote in the kids bedroom did not work. Location is great. View is nice. Beach access is great. Wifi worked well. Pool was a nice additive and was clean

Tv's/remote controls did not work for either bedroom.

The stay was clean comfortable and convenient, but the luxury of working tv's was lacking.

Property Management Horrible!

Left a message to confirm charges on my card as it charged VRBO charges and didn’t seem to process the remainder. They never called me back, then had to call 3 times to figure out my reservations. They man not once asked questions or tried to find our reservation until my third call and said call you look up my name and wow found it. Rude and ridiculous! Will never rent with from this company again!

I require very little to be happy but this was terrible. I have never written a bad review anywhere.

This condo was advertised as very clean with WiFi. I was unable to get the WiFi to work and when I contacted Gulf Sands Rentals I was told I could call the internet company. 😂I am on vacation and did not want to do that. Also, I contacted them about a huge burn/crack in the microwave door and obvious black mold/mildew on over half the ceiling above the shower đŸ€ź. The company told me it was moisture. I also reported that the drawers were nasty with chip cans and ocean water. There was no apology or righting any wrongs. There were 3 TVs and about 6 remotes, and none of them had batteries. We bought those. There was at least one light out in the bedroom and the shower curtain had lots of mold and mildew along with someone else’s hair and a sponge left. There was water on the floor from somewhere in the refrigerator. I would never stay at this unit again. The location is amazing and we may try the magnolia that was on the top floor and rents from Three 20s LLC.

Pros outweigh the cons

Condo as straightforward as any other condo you get in gulf Shores really and truly. I would definitely stay at this condo again but with that said there are a few issues. The oven doesn’t get that hot and it took over an hour to cook one pizza for my kids and the dryer doesn’t really dry that well. TV in the bedroom didn’t work And I had to call the Internet provider to get access to the complexes Wi-Fi because the Wi-Fi in the unit did not work. I know that I’m just stating the cons but overall it’s a decent little condo and it’s right on the beach. Works fine for the price.

the good points are the closeness to the beach was great, & beds were clean. The were several things that were disappointing. the parking was tight and hard to get things in & out of the cars. The bathroom ceiling had mold, the appliances had not been used in sometime and were dusty. The floors looked like they needed a good scrubbing. Could not get the TV's in the bed rooms to function llike TV in the the den. Not much comfortable sitting room with only the sofa. Needs a chair but not sure there is room.. Can't say I can reccommend this particular unit to anyone. This unit needs some TLC.

This is one of my favorite places in Gulf Shores, very close to the water. This condo was cute however the ice machine did not work and the lock on the door was tricky at times. In addition having to stop by the office for the keys was inconvenient. Other than that I love staying at sunrise village.

Absolutely Perfect

We were so happy with the location of this rental. Just steps away from the beach gave the kids and the adults freedom to come and go without a long walk, the store across the street was a lifesaver and the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed from utensils and plates to beach chairs, blankets and sheets!!!! We will definitely stay here again in the future :)
