Great Get-Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was clean and definitely had everything you could possibly want or need. I was really impressed that there were a couple of wagons, tent, chairs, toys, games, etc in the back yard for use if needed. The extra garage was super nice too with the washer and dryer. Thanks for a a good time.

Only thing is the sensor lights woke me up at night when they came on, probably a squirrel. I will stay there again, Very clean and cozy

The property was cute, good size for a family of 4-6. Kitchen had a good amount of cooking gear which is great. Overall clean just lots of dog hair rolling around on the ground. Pet friendly. They don't list the converted garage as a 3rd bedroom with a full bathroom, which is also where the washer and dryer are housed as well.Also did not list that the house does have some beach stuff like the wagon, chairs, umbrella and such. 1 block from the beach so very convenient. We had a great stay and would stay again. Love the history behind the house too.

Perfect beach house!!

It was the perfect little beach house for our family and our dogs. The fully fenced backyard was a huge bonus and gave our dogs plenty of room to play safely. The house had everything we needed and more, and we especially loved how short and easy the walk to the beach was. We definitely plan on staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, pet-friendly beach getaway!

Perfect Thanksgiving Family Getaway

It is perfect for our family to gather and cook and enjoy the beach, IOP, and Charleston, and watch all the college football games together. The house was cute and cozy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The dogs especially enjoyed the fully fenced-in yard! The house had a bunch of beach gear (wagon, chairs, shade/umbrella) to take on the super short walkto the beach. We really enjoyed the stay and hope to come back again next year.

Very nice property

The house was immaculately clean and very comfortable.The location on a small cul de sac was convenient and private. I do wish that part of the back deck was screened in, but would stay again regardless.

We brought our two year old and there was plenty of room for us and everything was great. There were a few things that was outside of the control of the rental agency and they went above and beyond to make things right! The location was perfect and we loved how private it felt. We cannot wait to come back very soon!

The location is amazing & it’s the perfect amount of space for a small family! The only thing I wish would improve would be the yard maintenance. Every year that we visit this home, the yard is overgrown & that makes it tough to enjoy the yard with small kids. With that being said, it doesn’t change our love for the house- we will defiantly be back!

Separate guest cottage has a bed/bath/laundry room. Fenced in back yard. Said "pet friendly" so we wondered if it would smell that way. No! No trace or scent...and it has a fenced in back yard for your pet. We really enjoyed our time there - just 1 block from the beach.

Great location close to the beach ...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a challenging rental experience. The house had a very strong pet smell and we found dog hair on the area rug and on the couch. Trash and dog poop found in the backyard, empty water bottles found under the bed and closets very unkempt. Small area rug smelled of urine and when I lifted it I found stains underneath. The dishwasher was unusable due to a horrible stench coming from it. The house is in a great location and is very cute but it could use a really solid cleaning.

We loved our second stay even more than the first. The house is cozy, kitchen is well-stocked, and it's so easy to get to and from the beach. Another year- another great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time staying with our toddler at 6 Palm Court, and we love staying here. The layout is perfect for our small family & this place has become our home away from home! The location truly cannot be beat! So close to the beach but tucked away in a calm quiet cul-de-sac. Everything was super clean when we checked in & the check in process was smooth. The only thing that could have been improved during our trip was the yard maintenance. The grass in the front and back yards were super overgrown, which seemed to make the mosquitos worse. We got a citronella for outside, but did not seem to really help. The only other thing inside that we noticed was that the freezer seemed to be damaged/smashed. Both the fridge and freezer were in working order so we did not have issued with it, but we had to make sure we opened the freezer door carefully. We called our first day to report this to make sure we were not held accountable & to make sure it was known to the office that it was damaged. Again, we LOVE this rental. The yard & the freezer were not deal-breakers or affect our trip in a negative way, just things that could be improved to keep 6 Palm Court incredible! Already looking forward to heading back next year!
