This is a great location central to a lot. To walk- 5 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to downtown, 7 minutes to Walmart entrance. Nice staff. The pool was nice. Food at the pool bar was good. It’s an older quiet property but seems to have good upkeep. They have a bar on site as well. This unit has a washer and dryer which really came in handy. The view from the balcony is toward downtown, NOT the Sea of Cortez, so be aware.

Other than some of the furniture is a little tired (dresser in Sunrise room drawers did not function). Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Had chef one night and they did a fantastic job. Perfect location.

This place was great value and in such an excellent location. We walked everywhere. The pool restaurant was fantastic. We expected concession/fast food, but it was real food and the service was great. Our 4 bedroom place was perfect for a family with 3 teen aged/grown sons. The staff on location were friendly and always helpful.

The condo was spacious and modern. Location was great for being close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The check in process was fast and simple. Pool area was clean and the outside restaurant/bar inviting. We didn't have time to enjoy all the amenities the resort had to offer but we would definitely consider staying here again. Adding the ability to order groceries ready for you on arrival, a meet and greet with fresh ceviche, salsa and chips, and drinks ready to go just made this trip that much more enjoyable. We didn't interact too much with staff but huge shout out to Alberto at the pool service! He was excellent!

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was just a short walk to the marina. Check in was easy and the staff were super helpful.

Everything went smoothly and the hosts were very attentive and even assisted with a later checkout when our flight left later than expected would stay again

Both Rosa and Ivan were very helpful and accommodating throughout the stay. Had a little problem with the washing machine, not working throughout the week, which was a bit of a bummer but life goes on. The unit had everything we needed, including beach, chairs, umbrellas, etc..
