Il est situé dans une communauté privée qui a un charme distinct qui le distingue des autres domaines.

Ici, à Long Bay Estates, vous avez le meilleur des deux mondes ... une atmosphère calme et relaxante, mais à quelques minutes de tous les divertissements et attractions de Myrtle Beach est célèbre pour. Ce qui rend vraiment cette maison unique, c'est l'intimité de la plage offerte à ceux qui y séjournent. Ocean Blvd ne traverse pas cette zone, car MB State Park est d'un côté et un terrain de camping est de l'autre côté. Ceci est juste un avantage supplémentaire qui vous permet d'avoir votre propre plage privée. Vous ne seriez vraiment pas déçu de séjourner ici.

Relaxing retreat

Property is GORGEOUS! Loved the clean linens and towels being wrapped up. Bright and airy. Beautiful scenery and right on the beach. Perfect for our 14 woman church retreat. Very responsive property management! Noted that stove is probably dying and one or two extremely minor things. Would absolutely stay again!

Stay was awesome!! Loved the location on the beach. It wonderful to wake up to sunrise over the water each morning. Place of peace and serenity!! Close to stores and very quiet area. Would definitely stay again. Enough space for everyone.

50th birthday party

This was the perfect condo for six couples- everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, lots of seating on the porch, 2 fridges, quiet beachfront, close to Prestwick Golf course…just perfect!

Great stay!

This location is great, private beach and neighborhood but still very close to all of our favorite Surfside restaurants. This was the cleanest property we’ve ever rented! The host was very easy to get a hold of if we needed anything, and she was reaching to us to make sure we were okay when weather was becoming unpredictable. Would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. It was the perfect place for our family vacation!

Family time at beach

My family and I decided to bring in the New Year at the beach this year. The property was great and spacious. There are few minor things that should be addressed but overall I give it 5 stars.The best part was that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. We had a great time and would book again.

Fabulous house, pool and Beachfront location!

Peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful private beachfront location. Very close to shopping, Market Commons and near Broadway at the Beach. Murrell’s Inlet restaurants close by. Well stocked kitchen. Private pool. Six bedrooms with six baths. Covered porches with rockers and high table seating. Plenty of parking. Watch the sunrise and sunset every day!

Our annual family vacation

We have been vacationing as a family in the Summer for 19 years but this was the first ocean front location. It was amazing. Sitting on the porches we could have been in the Caribbean somewhere. The view was wonderful and the beach was never crowded even though it was the week before Independence Day. With a bathroom for each of the 6 bedrooms the house served our family well. The extra refrigerator was a life saver and the pool was a big hit with our younger grandchildren. Parking was very adequate and underneath the house was great for all the grilling we did. Because of the air conditioner condensation line and during heavy rain, there was some ponding of water under the house around the under stairs storage area. So make sure nothing is there that shouldn’t get wet. Overall the house met the needs of our 12 family members and we would certainly rent again.

Nice property with great views. Easy to get to and plenty of stores, shopping, and things to do in the area. Would stay here again! The only negative that I would mention was the cleanliness….dust on multiple surfaces and dirty floors. The condition of the house is good, just needs a cleaning.

Great secluded areA

Several things need some attention. 1. Light bulbs need to be replaced. I know there area bulbs left but I’m not maintenance for the price we paid. 2. Pool was not usable and an eye sore. I do not understand why it was not fixed. As we sat on our deck to view the beautiful pool next door. 3. Sofa springs broken in lr 4. There should be sufficient silver ware and dishes ! If we had 17 there should have been 17? 5. We ordered sheets and they were received wrapped but dirty. We had to wash three sets??? 6. TVs in most rooms not working and the equipment hanging behind the wall mounts ?? 7. Tv in living room needs to be enlarged.

Amazing Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The place was clean and comfortable. There were 11 of us in our group (my family, my sister’s family and my parents) and we did not feel crowded at all. There are definitely a lot of stairs but even my parents did not have any issue with that. The views from the balconies were amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful family vacation!

We had a great family vacation. We rented linens which worked out fine. We did have to bring beach chairs which was a little inconvenient. Two other problems we had was the dryer was VERY slow. It did dry things but it literally took hours. Also a lamp did not work in one of the bedrooms. We did not communicate these two issues until we left. I did text the property manager a couple of times, not with anything urgent, and did not get a replay back. A member of our family did say someone came by to see if everything was ok. We did see dolphins and sharks. We were there in mid September. I would suggest a journal for people to leave a message if their experience and restaurant recommendations. I meant to buy one but mover got around to it. The place was perfect for our needs.

Great Location

Our first stay at Myrtle Beach. Our entire party enjoyed the location and beach access. We had private access to the beach via a private boardwalk as well as an outdoor shower and it was never too crowded. The ocean view covered porch was amazing and the furniture there was comfortable and exactly what we needed for our nightly dinners. There was also an upstairs covered deck accessible from the two ocean side bedrooms with 4 rocking chairs and a couple of side tables. Great views! We rented both sides for a large family reunion of 16 adults and 5 kids and I highly recommend ping that as the property sets up beautifully to be used together. Personally I would never rent just one side as the pool is on the smaller side and sharing it with another family would not be fun. However, the pool was cleaned daily and was in good condition. Another great service was trash pickup for 4 days a week during the summer and 6 trash cans for both houses. The parking area was also amazing with both covered and uncovered spots. The AC also worked great! One advantage of this house is there is a door between the two back decks that opens up the entire back deck to be used together or separately which was lovely as we had both sides. The bedrooms were large and nicely decorated and 5 of the 6 bedrooms had their own bathrooms that were tiny but adequate. As for the maintenance and upkeep of the property we were all disappointed. Neither side was cleaned well. The kitchen cabinets were sticky feeling, baseboards and woodwork were dirty and we found food and left over items from previous guests behind furniture which I ‘m sure contributed to the ant problem we had during our stay. Finding our kitchen countertops covered in ants, crawling in bedrooms and around baseboards was not a happy find but Management responded quickly to our concerns and we were happy with their response. However, given the price we paid, I was not expecting pealing kitchen cabinets, a missing knob on the kitchen cabinets, refrigerators that took 24 hours to cool, mold around the fixtures, kitchen items that either didn’t work or were very worn and ants! With such a great location and layout this place could shine but it’s in need of a thorough clean and update from top to bottom.

Great Family Vacation

Wonderful location. This property was perfect for our large family. Everything was as presented in VRBO. The property was clean and the pool was well maintained. The only drawbacks were that the oven cooks slower than you would expect it to and the couch is becoming worn due to usage. Otherwise, this was a fabulous place for our family and we will definitely consider returning.

Wonderful size for family vacation

If you have any trouble with walking i do not recommend only because of the steps and how many flights at this home. Located in a subdivison that is the only place you can ride the gold cart if rented as it is to far from the strip and cannot be driven on the roads to get to the strip. Great time had by all of the family members as the location of the beach was within steps and was beautiful each day!

Decent stay!

So the house is in an amazing location. The house is a beachfront property and has a really nice quiet and low traffic beach area. The decks are great and large enough for several people to enjoy it. The house is located in a subdivision that is very close to eateries, grocery chains, etc. The upgrades are decent but not higher quality. More importantly they are not on par with other homes on the same street for similar pricing, we checked. The bathrooms and showers were small and again the finishes left a lot to be desired. Throughout the house are signs of heavy use and renting. However, the property in general was clean. We attempted to cook using the oven and it took an awfully long amount of time for it to warm and cook the food. In general, our stay was decent and we made the best of it. The highlight of our trip was the beauty of the beach and the amazing sunrises. I would rent this property again, but it would be more for a guys weekend.

Great beach getaway

Property was as described, on the beach in a quiet, private neighborhood. The living area had plenty of seating and refrigerator space for a large family. The kitchen was okay, although knives were very dull, there were no scissors, and the cabinetry and appliances could have used some updating . The upstairs (bedroom) porches were fantastic with nice furniture, while the downstairs porch needed a good overhaul- the decking itself was old (so numerous splinters were encountered) and the furniture needed upgrading. The garbage bins were all full when we arrived and were never emptied during our weeks stay. Maureen was a gracious host and responsive to our needs.
