Les locations de vacances du paradis de Poinciana sont situées sur une petite ruelle de Key West dans la «vieille ville». Cette maison de style appartement de deux étages empilés est seulement un bloc de Duval Street et le centre de tout ce que Key West a à offrir. Il y a deux suites séparées d'une chambre dans cette maison.

Le Garden at Poinciana Place est une unité au premier étage confortable et décontracté d'une chambre qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. La cuisine a un grand réfrigérateur et une petite cuisinière à gaz 4 feux, mixeur, micro-ondes et un grille-pain. Le salon a un canapé-lit, télévision avec câble, et wifi gratuit. La chambre King dispose d'une télévision par câble à écran plat et d'une salle de bains privative avec une combinaison baignoire / douche. Ouvrez les portes françaises de votre chambre et sortez dans la véranda au premier étage où votre jacuzzi privé vous attend. Dans la cour, il y a un barbecue à gaz commun, un jardin luxuriant, une terrasse arrière avec des chaises longues et un coin repas extérieur. L'ensemble lave-linge et sèche-linge extérieur est idéalement situé ici. Les autres équipements incluent un parking gratuit pour une voiture de taille moyenne et un porte-vélo sur place pour verrouiller vos vélos.

L'unité du deuxième étage "Treetop" peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes.

Le Treetop at Poinciana Place est une unité ensoleillée et décontractée d'une chambre au deuxième étage. Prenez l'escalier avant au deuxième étage et profiter de la brise de l'île. La cuisine a un grand réfrigérateur et une petite cuisinière à gaz 4 feux, mixeur, micro-ondes et un grille-pain. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen size, télévision avec câble, et wifi gratuit. La chambre lit king-size dispose d'une télévision par câble et d'une salle de bains privative avec une baignoire / douche. Ouvrez les portes françaises de votre chambre et sortez dans la véranda au deuxième étage. Prendre l'escalier en colimaçon jusqu'à la cour arrière où il y a un barbecue à gaz partagé, jardin luxuriant, terrasse arrière avec chaises longues et salle à manger en plein air. L'ensemble lave-linge et sèche-linge extérieur est idéalement situé ici. Autres excellentes installations comprennent un parking gratuit pour une voiture de taille moyenne, et un porte-vélos sur la propriété pour verrouiller vos vélos.

Place and location were great. Not wheelchair friendly as the hallways are too tight for the chair to fit and that’s where the bed and bathroom are both located. Hosts are kind and responsive.

Great Place for 2 Couples Traveling Together

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was super easy. Trying to decide who got which unit was super easy because they’re exactly the same. The hard decision was who felt like climbing the stairs to the 2nd floor unit! The location is great, close to just about everything that you’re there for. Getting an Uber was never more than a 3 minute wait for the places you didn’t want to walk to. Never needed to contact the host because everything was perfect!

we were able to bring our dog, roomy for 2 couples and dogs, lovely back yard, quiet neighborhood and short walk to Duval or marina. Loved it! Cynthia at the rental agency was very helpful!

BEST VRBO EVER!

When booking this; one thing we were looking for was the right location and this place was dead smack in the heart of everything important to us. We had both the 1st and 2nd floor and our friends as well as ourselves felt it was well worth it. We will definitely be returning.

Loved it, Quiet & Walkable

Our weekend stay at Poinciana Paradise was delightful! The area was quiet and felt secluded, even though it was within walking distance of anything we needed. We only used the kitchen for coffee, which we enjoyed on the back porch, by the lovely yard. The rooms were bright, there were plenty of towels and wash cloths, and the place was very clean. Check-in was easy, as were the check-out instructions. The folks at the office were so kind when using their concierge service. Very accommodating as well, allowing us to stow our luggage in the "in between" time of check-out and our departure flight. Invaluable. I would definitely rent from this company again, and would love to even stay in this same property again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented both units (top and bottom) and had a relaxing stay. Easy access to everything we wanted to do. Area was quiet and felt safe during our stay. Parking worked for our two vehicles (small and medium SUVs) but think larger vehicles would struggle. Property management was very clear about parking and shared options for larger vehicles. We would certainly return.

Poinciana Paradise Perfection!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Poinciana Paradise. It's perfectly located in a quiet alley just 2.5 blocks from Duval. On-site parking is a bonus. The deck on the back of the house has been updated since our last stay and is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the beautiful Key West weather. The property management company is extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We traveled with another couple, so this property could not have been more perfect for us; we each had our own separate spaces but could sit together on the deck and enjoy drinks or a meal. It's just a great place to stay!

Great Location, Cute Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented both flats for a couple nights with my family & parents. The location was perfect for us—far enough from Duval St. that we could sleep at night, but close enough to walk everywhere. It's on a tiny, quiet street too, so no traffic. My only complaint is that the beds were pretty soft & pillows massive, so I didn't sleep terribly well. Tip if you stay here: if you're planning on using the hot tub later, turn the heat up as soon as you get there, as it takes a while to go from where it was set @ 93 to a proper 104.

For future notice, we can add or remove mattress pads as well as provide different types of pillows for our guests. Keeping on hot tub lid on while heating the hot tub should reduce the length of time to get up to 104!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. It was very clean and ac worked amazingly in the heat of July in key west. Location was really good. My only complaint would be the office girl from jersey. She was not very accommodating. It was 100+ degrees and we had our dogs with us. Even though the house was cleaned and ready for new guest, she wouldn’t allow an early check in or for us to even park at the house to avoid paying fees and searching the city for a spot. She gave many excuses that were ridiculous, one including that the bug man was coming to spray, even though he never showed up that day or the entire week we were there. I understand they don’t promise an early check in to be done , we knew from the reservation desk the house was empty the night before and should’ve been ready for us early on the day we arrived.

We keep the parking spot open for our housekeepers, vendors, inspectors, etc., until 4p so they have a place to park to make sure our homes are ready to go (at 4p). Very nice house only three blocks from Duval. Great outdoor patio. We rented both units. Each unit is pretty tiny, but they are both nicely decorated.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Poinciana Paradise. It's perfectly located in a quiet alley just 2.5 blocks from Duval. On-site parking is a bonus. The deck on the back of the house has been updated since our last stay and is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the beautiful Key West weather. The property management company is extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We traveled with another couple, so this property could not have been more perfect for us; we each had our own separate spaces but could sit together on the deck and enjoy drinks or a meal. It's just a great place to stay!
