Great for large groups! Lots of stairs, so geared more for those with the ability to climb the stairs. Lots of parking and a quiet country getaway. Just a few minutes away from restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Host was very nice and attentive to our needs.

We had a wonderful time staying here for our daughter's wedding weekend. Plenty of space for our large group. Quiet, away from town but still close enough to get to everything we needed.Marcus was a very available host, checking in daily to ensure we had everything we needed, and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in College Station for a wedding and wanted a place to hold all the kids and grandkids for ease of visiting with our matriarch. The location was great, 10 minutes from most of our destinations, and the house fit us well, with enough rooms for the couples and plenty of space for the singles. The pool was great and the dining areas were sufficient for our large crew.Marcus was attentive and quick to address any issues. The bed in the master bedroom on the first floor is a little tall, so we brought a stool for my mom (79) to use to get a little boost up. She was able to navigate the whole first floor with her walker and was very appreciative of the master bathroom, easily accessible for her even with her walker.Great space and everyone enjoyed it.

Fantastic property! The house was warm, roomy and very functional. It was also quiet, removed from traffic noise on one hand, but also just minutes from shopping and restaurants. And Marcus, the owner, was extremely helpful, available and kind. Everyone loved it!

Fantastic property in lovely and convenient location

Our family enjoyed 4 wonderful days here - there is plenty of room for a large crowd with a huge pool with a slide, a big yard for playing games and all of the amenities inside that you would expect. While the house is in a quiet rural location, it is within just a few miles of HEB, restaurants and the A&M campus. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay again.

State Games of Texas

We stayed with our family at this lovely property while our daughter ran in the state track meet! We enjoyed the spaciousness of the property. Marcus was very responsive and helpful. The swimming pool made the hot track days bareable. We enjoyed seeing the horses and the quietness of the property. We will definitely be back to stay.

What a GREAT place to stay with the family. Plenty of space to get together and to spread out. Loved having the animals on the property! Host, Marcus, was great and very helpful. Close to the stores. It was warm enough (for the kids) to enjoy the pool. We are coming back!!!

Large Family Reunion

This property is idea for our large family reunion. It allows us the opportunity to stay together under one roof and enjoy all it has to offer - swimming, fishing, the play scape, room to run and play yard games, seeing the animals… Marcus is easy to communicate with and makes us feel at home. Great Option for Large Groups

A group of old college friends stayed here for an A&M football game weekend. The property had everything we needed and more. The owner was responsive and check-in went smoothly with no issues. The house is extremely roomy and there is lots of free space to roam about on the property. Ultimately, it felt like we were out in the country, but were only 15 minutes from campus. Would highly recommend!

Amazing!!!

We had a family Christmas at this property and I must say, WOW!! This place is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for, this was very much a Christmas movie type of Christmas with this house. Marcus the owner was great and was very helpful for our ONLY need. We needed extra trash bags and he brought them over within 10 minutes and it was very convenient!! We will definitely be staying again!!
