This fabulous family home sits just 400m off the beachfront in the lively Cornish town of Bude. It is almost in the centre of town but tucked away in a tranquil and private location. With its impressive array of sandy beaches and an abundance of local amenities to while away afternoons, the town has become one of Cornwall’s most sought-after coastal destinations. You will find lots of interesting things to do including visiting galleries, shops and cafes, as well as more active pursuits such as activities at the golf course, leisure centre and tennis courts. Further afield, the Cornwall coast has much more to offer including trips to historic fishing villages such as Boscastle (14 miles) and Port Isaac (25 miles).

Upon entering this spacious home via the front door, you will initially come into the downstairs hallway which has the added luxury of a snug area allowing you to sit down and relax, the perfect space to read a book perhaps. Coming into the lounge with its contemporary furnishings, you have an indulging corner sofa plus extra seating, a Smart TV, DVD, and a gas fire. This area provides ample space for all to relax after the day’s adventures. Moving up the hallway, you will pass the downstairs WC on your left and eventually come to the open plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen has everything you need including a electric oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. The utility area beside the kitchen has the added benefits of a large fridge/freezer and washing machine, ideal to wash that beach gear after a day out and about on the sand. The dining area is also well situated to gather around for a lazy breakfast at the table with plenty of seating for everyone. Heading up the stairs to the upper floor, you will find all three bedrooms, along with the family bathroom with a lovely bath, waterfall shower, and WC. You will find the first bedroom on your left-hand side which has a double bed with views over the garden. The second bedroom offers something different with twin single beds, and lastly, the master bedroom, which is well equipped with another double bed, and offers the added luxury of an en-suite shower room, equipped with a shower and WC.

You can make your way to the rear tiered outdoor garden through the gates beside the property or from both the kitchen/diner French doors or the utility area. The garden is incredibly spacious and fully enclosed which gives you peace of mind when considering your four-pawed friends. The garden has many benefits including the outdoor seating on the decking area, or you can chill out on one of the sun loungers provided, all whilst waiting for what the nominated BBQ chef cooks up on the charcoal BBQ. The double garage is available for guests to use and is the perfect spot to store any bikes, canoes, and surfboards. The driveway has space for up to four cars.
