Situated only 6 miles from the historic Lincoln Cathedral, castle, shops and restaurants, this is the ideal base to explore the many delights Lincolnshire has to offer. Enjoy the unlimited walks to the nature reserve 6 miles away, and once there, embrace the beautiful open common that is perfect for watching the sunrise, sunset or moonrise over the city. Alternatively, take sanctuary from the stress of everyday life and visit Simpson Spa, just 4.5 miles away. You’ll be right next to a beautiful 9-hole golf course set in the heart of picturesque Lincolnshire. On arrival, you will be pleasantly surprised by this very spacious reverse-level two-storey house, newly renovated in 2024. You are greeted with a large hall to leave behind coats and shoes, and straight away, you’ll find the two super-king-size bedrooms (which can be made up as twin rooms on request) with en-suite wet rooms. Both bedrooms have ample space, with Smart TVs, storage for your belongings, and tea and coffee facilities. From here, head upstairs to the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen offers everything you need to rustle up a meal to enjoy together at the dining table, or if you prefer, there is a restaurant so close you may never need to cook! Relax on the large comfortable sofas in the lounge area with a film on the Smart TV or enjoy the breathtaking views of the golf course and countryside from the balcony, with frequent shows of the Red Arrows flying over. There are two further super-king-size bedrooms on either side of the open-plan area, which can also be made up as twin rooms on request, both have en-suites, a sofa and tea and coffee facilities.

Open the door to the outside to landscaped views, there is a shared seating area and restaurant, and also plenty of walks to be had.

Onsite you have the use of club restaurant and bar, with views overlooking the golfing green, enjoy a home cooked Sunday Carvary, sourced from local produce, there are also social evenings throughout each month.

- Shop 1.5 miles, on-site pub/restaurant within 25 metres - We also have outdoor seating on balcony and patio area of the clubhouse

- 3 dogs may be welcome by prior arrangement with the owners at the time of booking

- CCTV coverage outside only and within public areas. It covers all access points and outside all doors/gates. The CCTV is recording 24/7
