The village of Anderby lies at the heart of Lincolnshire's newly established Coastal Country Park, where ancient meadows and nature reserves meet stunning sandy beaches. The park stretches along the coast from Sandilands to Chapel St Leonards, and inland to Hogsthorpe , Mumby, Anderby and Huttoft. A new visitors centre, The North Sea Observatory, has being built high on the sea wall at Chapel Point. Now open, visitors are able to enjoy fantastic views across the beach and North Sea. The building also houses a cafe, art gallery and the local Coastwatch. The flat landscape is perfect for cycling with plenty bridleways to explore on two wheels. Visit traditional ice cream parlours, the model car museum, donkey sanctuary and Manor house, all within six miles.

Step into the spacious and open-plan kitchen/diner, providing an ample area for cooking and entertaining. Prepare delightful meals for the family and relish celebratory dinners at the nearby dining table. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a convenient pantry that offers extra cupboard space, while a separate utility room houses a washing machine and a second sink area. Additionally, a practical downstairs WC can be accessed from the utility room. The lounge is a comfortable space that accommodates up to seven guests. Outside, you'll be greeted by a generous south-facing patio, sheltered by a garden wall. This expansive patio extends to include a covered BBQ area, providing the ideal setting for outdoor dining. The property is well-equipped with outdoor furniture and a coal-fired BBQ, and the spacious lawns surrounding the farmhouse offer ample room for outdoor games and activities.
