The property is set deep within the countryside, just 3 miles from the vibrant market town of Alcester. The town has a lively community feel, sitting amidst rolling 'Shakespeare's Countryside'. Also, within easy reach is Stratford-upon-Avon, a vibrant market town with its riverside walks and cruises, and many attractions including Shakespeare’s Birthplace, the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Harvard House, and The MAD Mechanical Art & Design Museum. Visit one of the National Trust properties including Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, Baddesley Clinton, Packwood House and Coughton Court or explore Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle and Compton Verney Art Gallery and Park. Enjoy countryside walks, stroll along the rivers and canals, go fishing, rowing, or cycling and explore Warwickshire’s Way.
Take in the views as you climb through the countryside to the development of barns that enjoy an elevated location. The barns have been cleverly configured with great accessibility for wheelchair users. The barn features wide doors, with a spacious single-level ground floor that is perfect for families getting together. Socialise in the cosy lounge area with corner sofa and large wall-mounted Smart TV, and enjoy convivial mealtimes in the dining area with generously sized table and chairs. A contemporary style functional kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, counter top freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine invites you to whip up delicious meals for the whole family. There is also a ground floor WC. For wheelchair users, a vertical lift provides access to a first-floor bedroom, this room offers a profiling bed with hoist and ceiling track, along with a further single bed. There is an en-suite wet room with shower, shower chair and WC. A separate staircase offers access onto a spacious landing with a choice of two bedrooms. A king room with garden views and a twin room. There is a family shower room with double walk-in shower and WC.
To enjoy the outdoor space, guests can open the sliding patio doors and step out onto the single-level patio. There is a table, chairs and charcoal BBQ for summer dining and a wood fired hot tub that has a wooden pergola with hoist. There is off-road parking for two cars.
