This spacious property set on 48 acres of pastureland, is an idyllic rural retreat and is a fantastic base for anyone wishing to explore the magnificent Ceredigion coast and country. The market town of Llandysul itself is just 1.5 miles away where you can find a variety of shops and eateries and enjoy hearing the Welsh language spoken by many in this town. Llandysul is famous for the salmon and sea trout fishing in the River Teifi and if you’re looking for some extra adventure then Llandysul offers a variety of outdoor activities including canoeing, golfing, horse riding, and more. The popular seaside town of New Quay is just 15 miles away but be sure to explore less known bays like Tresaith.
Enter this stylish property through the stable side door and straight into the kitchen/dining area which is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a hearty meal and refuel for the next adventures. Stepping through into the bright and stylish lounge area, the light floods through its large Georgian windows and you can enjoy many a cosy evening snuggled up on the fabulous handmade velvet and tweed sofa. Curl up with a book in front of the gas wood- burner-effect fire, placed within the large original fireplace, or watch one of your favourite movies on the Smart TV. Heading upstairs is a large bedroom with a super-king-size bed which can also be set up as a twin. This room has a walk-in wardrobe and dressing table and lovely views over the courtyard. Completing the accommodation is the large bathroom.
Heading outside you have an enclosed, lawned, garden at the rear of the property, with views of the surrounding paddocks and outdoor dining furniture to enjoy some alfresco dining. There is a 2K circular walk from the doorstep which is ideal for taking in the views and giving the dogs some exercise. Stabling for horses at an additional fee can be arranged with the owners.
