The amenities in this 275 unit complex include 2 Olympic-size swimming pools, two hot tubs, boat docks, marina, three tennis courts, shuffleboard and gas grills convenient to each building. Watch the dolphins play while you fish from the dock at the marina or just enjoy watching the boats go by at idle speed.

The condo has a beautiful view! Each morning we watched the dolphins and pelicans! We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi daily and the area is wonderful for walking. Riverside is charming and close to shopping and restaurants.I can’t wait to go back!

A place in paradise

One of the most beautiful places. Very modern, clean and comfortable Nice pool and great area to walk. Very close to shopping area but still very quiet. A place to visit again and again

Awesome location! Nice kitchen! Awesome view! Deck area was not clean. Living room furniture dated. Bathroom dated! All that said, the location and view made up for everything.

All information that should have been communicated to me vs me constantly trying to get information from rental agent. Disappointed in the agent not returning numerous phone calls.

Disappointed

The unit should not have been rented. The lanai was being worked on with jackhammers and saws! Extremely noisy. The whole condo was dirty. Floors turned your feet black. Shower/tub water wasn’t working. Old refrigerator and no ice maker. This unit says remolded but that was only counter tops years ago. Needs a deep cleaning and painting.

The good and the bad.Location was great. Could walk to many places.View was nice watching the boats come and go.Kitchen was updated and functioned well.Couch was old and had a bad odor. Covered with a sheet to sit on.Lights in living room provided little light and one had no place to plug in so why have. Finials completely rusted.Could not turn off ceiling fan in kitchen, did not work.Several outlets did not work.Wood work messed up in kitchen by dishwasher.Rug by balcony was dirt stained, filthy!!!Musty smelling throughout.Easy stuff to fix,... whomever should stay for a couple days so they know what needs to be done to make it a place of comfort.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE WERE SUPPOSED TO STAY AT RIVERSIDE FOR 45 DAYS BUT WERE MOVED BY HARBORVIEW AFTER 2 WEEKS. THERE WAS MOLD IN THE CONDO THAT WE TRIED TO TREAT OURSELVES, ONE PERSON FROM HARBORVIEW TRIED TO HELP US AND A SECOND PERSON FROM HARBORVIEW FINALLY REALIZED THAT WE HAD TO BE MOVED BECAUSE THERE WAS A SERIOUS CONDITION IN THE UNIT. THOUGH THE STAFF WERE KIND AND MOVED US TO ANOTHER RESORT WE WERE AWAY FROM THE FRIENDS WE TRAVELED TO BE WITH. WE LOVE RIVERSIDE AND THE STAFF AT HARBORVIEW TRIED TO MINIMIZE OUR PROBLEMS BUT OUR VACATION WAS BADLY AFFECTED.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice place. We were very disappointed that Wi-Fi did not work in our unit as advertised. I could get it sitting in the doorway with the door open. I'm sure Wi-Fi worked in many units, but nor ours. They would not or could not move us to another unit and offered no compensation. That is a significant reduction in value to us.

I am sorry you were disappointed about the WIFI. The unit did not advertise WIFI in the unit. It states on property, which is at the community room down by the marina and it is available to everyone. It works in the units who have their individual WIFI. Not all do. It is something we are recommending to our owners. Thank you so much for your comments.
