Group days out are easy, with Port Lympne Safari Park and Howletts Wildlife Sanctuary 14 miles away, while Dover, Hythe and Deal offer extra options for shopping, history and coastal walks.


Step inside the impressive main house to be greeted with a large double-sided lounge for cosy evenings, while a separate snug offers a quieter space. The main lounge is well equipped with comfy furniture, a TV, and a DVD player. Move through to the well-appointed kitchen, where pretty shaker-style cabinets and ample appliances cater to a crowd. The separate utility room provides additional appliances and storage to keep everything running smoothly. The main house also has its own laundry room with extra fridge and freezer space. Dining is wonderfully flexible in this retreat, with an intimate dining room seating eight, a dining room and lounge finished with marble flooring, as well as informal lounge areas that can seat up to 30 guests, and a permanent marquee perfect for hosting celebrations, which accommodates up to 90 guests and is temperature-controlled for all seasons.
