Harvest House is a spacious, beautifully restored barn conversion designed for large group stays. Sleeping up to 14 guests across 7 ensuite bedrooms, it blends contemporary comfort with natural materials and expansive communal areas. Set within 3,000 acres of rewilded Yorkshire countryside, guests can immerse themselves in nature while enjoying the privacy and ease of a fully equipped, thoughtfully designed home.

The main living space is located upstairs and offers a bright, open-plan layout designed for socialising and relaxation. With generous seating, natural light, and views across the surrounding estate, it’s ideal for group gatherings, shared evenings, or quiet downtime after exploring the landscape.

Kitchen and Dining

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provides everything needed for group self-catering. A large dining table encourages communal meals, while the open-plan design makes it easy to cook, dine, and spend time together in one connected space. Guests may also enjoy midweek breakfast at the nearby Utopia bistro as part of their stay.

Leisure Suite

Guests have access to Avalon, the estate’s dedicated wellbeing centre, located just a short drive from the property. Facilities include a swimming pool, hydro pool, sauna, steam room, and fully equipped gym, along with a weekly programme of wellness classes.

Guests may book a daily 2-hour pool suite session from 10:00am to 12:00pm (subject to availability) at a cost of £20 per adult and £10 per child. Additional pool suite sessions can be arranged for an extra charge.
