Preparation of a meal is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where we can find everything needed for a few days or longer stay. A separate room is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. An additional space is provided by a balcony with comfortable furniture. The balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee and evening drink.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.



The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5 / hour, PLN 40 / day

The Nadmotłwie 79 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes away on foot from the Old Town. Although the area of ​​the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.
