14-person holiday home in Agger with wilderness bath and outdoor sauna

Lovely holiday home at in Agger for 14 people, where space, comfort and well-being go hand in hand. This large and inviting holiday home was modernised in 2024 and combines the solid quality from 1972 with a bright, modern expression. Both community and privacy have been thought of here, so you can gather for long dinners, warm evenings and relaxing moments under the open sky - ideal for several families, groups of friends or the large family gathering.



The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.



The home is peacefully located 500 metres from the water, so you can quickly feel the fresh breeze and enjoy the nature around you. There is also only 500 metres to a restaurant and 800 metres to shopping, which makes everyday life easy, whether you want to pick up breakfast bread, eat out or fill up the fridge for the many meals of the holiday. The area invites you to take walks, swims and pleasant excursions, where the pace automatically slows down and the holiday atmosphere is allowed to take over.



Inside you will find a 220 square meter home with six bedrooms, four of them are furnished with a double bed, one with a double bed and a sofa bed, and one with a sofa bed, so that all 14 guests can sleep comfortably. The house has two bathrooms, both bathrooms with underfloor heating and a shower - a luxurious detail that is especially noticeable on cool mornings. The well-equipped kitchen has a ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, 100 liter freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker, so that both quick snacks and large communal dinners are a pleasure. With a washing machine, dryer, wireless internet, TV with Danish and German signals and Chromecast, both practical needs and cozy evenings indoors are taken care of.



Outside, a fenced plot of 853 square meters awaits, which provides a safe environment for children and dogs. Here you will find a terrace with sun loungers, a grill, swings and an atmospheric fire pit, where you can round off the day with a slice of bread and good stories in the glow of the flames. The private outdoor sauna and the delicious wilderness bath for 5 people take your holiday to a whole new level – perfect after a day by the water or a long walk in the area. In addition, there is a shelter for the adventurous and free parking right next to the house.



With permission to bring pets, the four-legged members of the family are also welcome here. For the little ones, there is both a cot and a high chair, so the stay will be easy for families with small children. This is an obvious choice for those of you who dream of a spacious holiday home with a wellness feel, plenty of space and the opportunity to create memories together – regardless of whether you are coming as a family group or a group of friends on a trip.
