* Please do look after our home as if it were your own. If additional cleaning is required after the check out this may be chargeable. We may also charge you for any damage caused or for lost keys.

we carry out pre check-in checks at all of our properties.
Our property and business insurance requires these measures to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for you.
A holding deposit of £50 is also taken at the time of check.
This remains in your bank account pending balance and is automatically released 4 working days after check-out,
once the property has been inspected and all house rules have been followed.
