Villa Stellina - Charming villa with private pool

Summary:

Villa Stellina is a warm, characterful holiday home in the quiet Istrian village of Vranje Selo, just a short drive from Vižinada. Set in the rolling hills of central Istria, it sleeps up to four guests in two comfortable bedrooms and has a private outdoor pool. A genuine home in the heart of wine country.



The Space:

The villa is built in a traditional Istrian style with a terracotta roof and natural stone detailing. On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable bedroom alongside an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Large terrace doors open directly onto the pool area and shaded outdoor terrace. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom.



Upstairs, the second bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the garden and surrounding countryside. The villa has in total two bathrooms with walk-in showers. Outside, there is a private pool, sun loungers, a covered terrace with outdoor dining, and a generous green garden.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire villa and garden. The pool is private and for the sole use of your group. Parking is available on the property.



The Neighborhood:

Vranje Selo is a small, quiet village in the Istrian interior, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and woodland. Vižinada is a five-minute drive away; a hilltop village with a weekly market and two of Istria's best wineries (Rossi and Deklić) right on the doorstep. The nearby wineries offer wine tastings and local spirits just a short drive or walk away. You'll also find traditional konobas, cycling paths, and nature trails in the surrounding countryside, with Poreč's vibrant coast close by.



Getting Around:

A car is essential for exploring the area. Roads are well maintained and distances are short, most of Istria is within easy reach. Parking is available at the villa. The nearest supermarket is in Vižinada (5 min) or Poreč (25 min). Coastal gems like Poreč and Novigrad, with beaches, marinas, and seaside dining, are roughly 20–25 minutes away. Pula Airport is approximately 60 km distant, taking around 1 hour to drive. Free private parking is available at the villa, with easy motorway access for day trips to Rovinj, Motovun, or Pula.



Other Things to Note:

Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for your comfort. The villa features air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor dining area for summer evenings. A car is recommended to discover nearby beaches, the Rossi winery, and Istria's picturesque villages and shores. Dogs are not allowed.
