In this traditional longhouse from 1947, you will be surrounded by light, sky, and sea all year round. From the large living room with its west-facing facade, you can watch the sunset every evening while the waves roll in towards the coast. The house is located in the Klint hills, a protected landscape with sweeping views and paths that lead you all the way down to the sea.



The long oak table in the living room invites you to enjoy long mornings and late evenings with good food and laughter. To the west and north, you will find a sofa and armchairs by the wood-burning stove, while the charming carpenter's kitchen with induction cooker is integrated into the room. The bedroom is separated by a sliding door, and a lower extension from the 1950s houses a bathroom and toilet.



The garden to the south and west is landscaped with tall grass, clipped paths, and a large oak tree with a hanging chair. Here you will also find a shelter with four sleeping places and a campfire site for cozy evenings under the stars. To the east is a fenced herb garden with a bench where you can find shelter in windy weather or enjoy the morning sun.



The beach at Klint is a haven for free divers and anglers. Take a walk along Sonnerup Forest towards Lumsås and take a refreshing dip along the way. In fifteen minutes, you can reach either Sjælland Nordstrand or Gudmindrup Strand. Visit Klint Harbor with its stone art, the Vilde Køkken restaurant, and take guided nature tours with Silvadanica. In Rørvig and Nykøbing, you will find flea markets and shops.
