Please remember that you’re staying in a residential building, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.



Occasionally, there may be some urban noise as passing motorbike or noise from construction works.



For monthly stays, a 2000 THB utility is included. Any unused amount will be refunded, and excess usage will be billed. Details of deposit payment below.

This building is an apartment with no pool and no gym. For monthly stay a single day pass is available to visit the Racquet Club and their pool and fitness facilities.

** HOW THE AUTOMATED DEPOSIT WORKS **




(o) HOLD: A hold will be applied to your provided credit card, similar to a high-end hotel.





(o) PRIVACY: We do not hold your credit card information, nor is it visible to us, due to the strict requirements of the Vrbo platform.





(o) COLLECTION: The deposit is collected automatically 2 days before check-in. The system will require your credit card information. Again, We do not hold your credit card information, nor is it visible to us. 





(o) RELEASE: It is released automatically 2 days after check-out (at 6 PM) if no charge request is submitted.

(o) VISIBILITY: You will see the deposit amount and the collection/release dates during booking and in your guest portal.




(o) REMINDERS: You will receive an inbox reminder 1 day before collection and another when it is released.





(o) ACCESS: Check-in instructions are shared ONLY once the deposit is successfully secured. No deposit means you waive your reservation entirely.




** IN CASE OF ISSUES **

If there are damages or house rules broken, the host may submit a charge request for you to review and comment.
A third party will allocate the deposit payment. Any unused portion of the deposit is returned promptly 2 days after check-out.




** ID COLLECTION **

We collect and verify your Passport or Thai ID against a photo selfie via our safe 3rd-party provider.

We do not keep your data as we do not have access to it.
