Villa Mare Studios, is a family-run business in Makris Gialos, Zakynthos and offers a peaceful retreat embraced by olive groves and breathtaking views of crystal-clear waters and lush mountains.

Located away from the crowds, the property provides a relaxing atmosphere, while still being close to stunning beaches and local attractions. Just steps from a tranquil beach and nearby tavernas offering amazing Greek food, Villa Mare Studios delivers a warm, welcoming experience that feels like home in this scenic part of Zakynthos.

Spanning 90 square meters, the Apartment unfolds over two levels—occupying the first and second floor of the building—and opens up to a lovely exterior area where guests can relax and take in breathtaking sea views.

At the apartment's lower level (1st floor), guests will find an air-conditioned, open-plan living and dining area that comfortably seats six guests and features a flat-screen TV. This space includes a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, such as a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, and all necessary cookware. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower are also located on this floor.

An inner staircase leads to the upper level (2nd floor), which features a second bedroom with a double bed, alongside an open-plan sleeping area with a double sofa bed. A second bathroom with a shower provides added convenience.

To ensure a comfortable stay, each sleeping area is equipped with air conditioning and ample closet space.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, while children up to 2 years of age can sleep free of charge. A baby cot can be offered free of charge upon request & availability.
