The bathroom includes a shower over the bath, toilet, basin, full-length mirror, and towel rail for your convenience.

Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment during their stay. The building is secure, and the apartment is located on a high floor accessible by lift. You’ll have access to the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and bathroom.

Street parking is available nearby, and Nottingham Train Station is just a short walk away for easy transport.

Then walk through the foyer past the concierge through double doors on the far area to access the lifts to the 4th floor.

🛑 No parties or events – This is a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum.
🛑 No smoking inside the apartment – Use the outside areas.
🛑 No unregistered guests – Only guests on the booking are allowed to stay overnight.
No pets.
🔇 Noise & Neighbours
No loud music or shouting, especially in hallways or shared areas.
🧹 Cleanliness
Please leave the place tidy – you should do the basic cleanup.
A lot of our guests who stay for more than a couple of days will vacuum the place as it gets dusty. And definitely will wipe or mop the floor clean of food or drink stains, like they do in their own home.
📦 Respect - Report any damages or issues within 2 hours, so we can sort them before the next guest.
🛑 Late check-outs may result in an extra fee if not agreed beforehand.
📦 Deliveries & Visitors
Personal mail is in a special letter box which we do not access for 2 weeks.
Package deliveries to the apartment during your stay is usually dropped off at the concierge. Not allowed for courier to bring up.
🛑 No outside visitors unless agreed in advance.
💡 Please remove shoes inside the flat to help keep it clean.
💡 Turn off lights and heating and fans when you go out – help us stay eco-friendly!
