The Space:

This exclusive villa is designed for gathering, slowing down, and spending time together without feeling crowded. The outdoor areas shape much of the experience here, from the the private swimming pool and shaded lounge spaces to the rooftop veranda where the jacuzzi looks out across the surrounding area. The built in barbecue area and outdoor dining setup make long summer evenings feel effortless, while the garden changing room and additional outdoor bathroom add comfort after a day by the pool or sea.



Inside, the main house unfolds across several levels connected by wide living spaces and multiple areas to relax. On the entrance level, you step into a large sitting room with a fireplace, followed by the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen, a second lounge, and a guest WC. One floor above, three private bedrooms each include their own en suite bathrooms, while the master suite also features a walk in wardrobe, hydro massage bathtub, and an king size bed designed for complete comfort. An additional upper level includes a secondary kitchen that opens directly onto the rooftop veranda and jacuzzi area. Below the main entrance level, on the ground floor, an additional lounge with sofa beds creates a flexible area for larger groups, alongside another bathroom and a wellness space equipped for workouts.



Two independent guest apartments offer extra privacy. One includes a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a sofa bed that converts into a double bed. The second is arranged as an open plan studio with its own fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, and convertible sofa bed.



Fast WiFi is available throughout, private parking is available on site for several vehicles, and an EV charger is also included.
