Fabulous modern designer accommodation in prime central London location within 6 minutes walking distance to metro and bus stations.
The space is fully equipped for short and longer stays and comes with all domestic appliances. it is fitted with highest quality materials.
The unit is located within a safe and secure London Victorian terrace house. Recording cctv cameras are outside of the listing monitoring the exterior and communal hallway and staircase of the building.
The space
This modern luxury accommodation is suitable for one couple, 2 couples or a family of 3-4. It is designed in a contemporary style and has been recently refurbished and decorated.
It has designer furniture and fixtures of the highest quality. Marble bathroom has a full size bath and high pressure spa shower with rain and massage jets.
This lower ground unit has its own private entrance door and is accessed via one flight of external stairs. Staircase and external area is for access only and is not part of the listing.

There is universal electric socket fitted to the wall in case you forget your adapter plug. Bathroom cabinet has electric toothbrush and shaver socket. We provide hairdryer.
Public parking is available outside and/or in the surrounding streets. It is free at weekends and on weekdays from 5pm until 9am. Other times pay at meter.

3. Superb central and yet quiet location very close to the best transport in London and multiple shops, pubs, supermarkets and stores. Just 5-6 minutes walk to Hammersmith tube (you will not find such convenience elsewhere in London)
4. Historical early Victorian house located in a conservation area with strict planning laws to retain traditional appearance of the streets with no ugly buildings or undesired commercial outlets in the neighbourhood. Each local cafe or shop must have wood windows and no plastic is allowed
THE UNITS
5. No limitations to 24 hours heating or constant hot water (we do not limit heating hours and we do not run out of hot water)
6. Air conditioning in most units and / or multiple bladeless fans for the summer
7. Large sized beds and sofa beds (we provide king size in UK)
8. Real hardwood and real marble stone flooring (no plastic cheap laminates)
9. Real granite stone kitchens (no cheap laminate worktops)
