Perfect for families or guests who prefer a relaxed stay away from busy tourist areas. The apartment is set in a well-maintained building with a swimming pool and private parking, offering a calm and comfortable atmosphere. It features two separate bedrooms with double beds, a large and bright living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a large refrigerator. Air conditioning is available in every bedroom and in the living room, ensuring maximum comfort during the summer. There are two bathrooms, both with showers and washing machines, which makes the apartment especially convenient for families or longer stays. The apartment has three balconies, including a main balcony with outdoor seating and sea view, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The nearest beaches, restaurants and shops are just a short 5–7 minute drive away. Some of the most popular beaches in the area, including Jaz and Ploče, are easily accessible, while Budva is around 15 minutes by car. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but you are welcome to smoke on the terrace. We recommend having a car for a more comfortable stay, as the location is quiet and not within walking distance to shops or the beach.
