About the space
Nestled on the edge of a quiet pine forest, this spacious and fully renovated home is one of Rovaniemi`s most versatile properties — comfortably hosting up to 10 guests under one roof. Every detail has been thoughtfully updated, blending warm Scandinavian design with the comfort and practicality that families and groups expect.
The open-plan heart of the home brings together a modern fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area for 4, and a welcoming living room. A sleek kitchen island with bar seating, a glass-fronted display cabinet, and a decorative fireplace set a relaxed but refined tone throughout. The large smart TV and fast WiFi keep everyone connected and entertained.
The house has four bedrooms: a double room with a 160 cm bed, a double room with a 140 cm bed, and two further rooms each with a 120 cm bed — all freshly furnished and styled with care. A new sofa bed for two is also being added to the living area, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 10. Bed linen and fresh towels are provided for all guests.
Two separate bathrooms serve the house. The main bathroom combines a generous wet room shower, a toilet, and a washer/dryer — practical for longer stays. A second stylish WC with a large illuminated mirror adds a touch of elegance. Laundry facilities mean you can pack light and travel free.
A traditional wood-burning sauna is located on the property and can be booked separately — a genuine Finnish experience not to be missed.
