The apartment is located in the heart of Vrsar\'s historic center, in the basement of a traditional old building, and extends over two levels. The tasteful furnishings and generous layout create a pleasant atmosphere where you\'ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

On the ground floor, you\'ll find an inviting living room with a fireplace – perfect for cozy evenings any time of year. A small, functionally equipped kitchen and air conditioning are also available on this floor. Four steps lead up to the bright dining area with large windows that flood the room with natural light and create a welcoming, open atmosphere.

The apartment has a total of two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. One of the bedrooms do not have direct windows, but is pleasantly illuminated by natural light thanks to the raised design of the dining area and the open levels to the left and right. The lovingly furnished rooms create a cozy atmosphere and offer ample space for families or friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday together.

A particular highlight of the apartment is the spacious outdoor area. Here you will find a large terrace with a private pool and beautiful sea views – the perfect place to enjoy sunny days in a relaxed atmosphere. A covered outdoor kitchen with a dining area and barbecue is also available. Whether it\'s breakfast al fresco, cozy barbecue evenings, or a glass of wine at sunset – you are sure to spend many unforgettable hours here.

Two parking spaces are available for guests. Please note that the entrance gate is older and not designed for particularly large vehicles. We therefore recommend folding in your side mirrors when entering.

One pet is allowed for an additional fee of €10 per day.

The beaches of Vrsar are among the most beautiful in Istria, offering a diverse mix of well-maintained pebble beaches, natural rocky plateaus, and crystal-clear water. Many beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag – an international symbol of excellent water quality and facilities.

Thanks to the apartment\'s excellent location, all essential amenities are within easy walking distance. Restaurants, cafés, konobas (traditional taverns), shops, and the bus station, from which you can easily explore the surrounding area, are all in the immediate vicinity. The expansive beaches are also just a short walk away.

Vrsar is also an ideal base for discovering the beauty of Istria. Visit the popular coastal towns of Poreč and Rovinj, or take a trip to the impressive Lim Channel, where you can enjoy fresh mussels and other regional specialties.

After a sunny day at the beach, Vrsar invites you to take relaxing evening strolls along the palm-lined promenade.
