Three-bedroom, two-bathroom house (sleeps 6) in the heart of Poole, benefitting from on-site parking. Situated a short walk from Poole Quay with a super choice of restaurants and bars.
Entrance with spacious open plan living / dining area with separate kitchen. Stylish and contemporary with period features throughout. Door to sunny rear patio with table and chairs - perfect for al fresco dining! Fully fitted kitchen including gas 4-burner hob and extractor, fan-assisted oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Ground floor bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Stairs to first floor. Master Bedroom (5ft kingsize double). Second bedroom (2x 3ft single beds). Family bathroom (feature bath with separate shower, sink and toilet). Stairs to second floor. Third bedroom (5ft kingsize double).
Parking - One off road parking space at the side of the property.
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - 43" Smart TV in living room. WIFI.
Kitchen - Gas 4-burner hob and extractor, fan-assisted oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Restrictions - No smoking. No pets permitted.

POOLE TOWN - Quayside, shops, historic Old Town, boat trips, events, theatre and much more.... Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train – the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice. Once replete, why not walk off lunch with a stroll on The Quay and along the harbourside path at Baiter?
