Double the size of a traditional holiday home, our spacious 3-bedroom Exclusive Lodges offer unparalleled comfort and modern conveniences to make your holiday truly relaxing. Sleeping up to 6 guests, featuring a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms with 2 single beds. Bedrooms feature additional storage with wardrobes offering ample space for everyone. Enjoy the private and very spacious outdoor decking accessible through elegant French doors, complete with your own infrared sauna for the ultimate in relaxation. Practical amenities such as a hairdryer, ironing board, a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher are all included. Our park also features EV charging points for electric vehicles.
Lodge features vary depending on the manufacturer and model and cannot be guaranteed. All our units vary subtly; the floor plan is an example layout only. Travel cots will only fit in the living area of this lodge.

Just out of the gate at the bottom of the park youâll come across some marvellous wildlife such as the New Forest ponies, ducks, geese and owls, and if you are lucky you may catch a glimpse of the deer taking a drink at the lake. The park itself has a range of features that will delight, from the cafe and pizzeria to the park shop and a host of exceptional ranger activities. You can hire a bike or have a go on one of the segways, you could try archery or target shooting (*please note some activities are seasonal and may carry an extra charge). There is also a childrenâs play area and fishing lake (permit required).

Two minutes up the road will take you to the Forest Falconry, or if you are looking for a little more action there is Paultons park-home of Peppa Pig World perfect for the kids just a 10-minute drive away.

Holiday information:Check-in/check-out For lodge and caravan accommodation and glamping the check-in time is from 3pm for all grades. If you plan on arriving after 5pm, please let the park know so we can arrange for a late check-in. If you donât check-in for your holiday on the booked arrival date without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday booking after 1pm on the following day and no refund will be due to you. We require all guests to check-out by 10am on the day of departure. If you check-out before your booked departure date no refund will be due to you.
Vehicles Only :Only one vehicle is included per pitch or accommodation booked, on a first come, first serve basis. Electric car charging is not permitted directly from your holiday accommodation or touring electric hook-up point. Charging of vehicles is only permitted from specific EV charging units on the park. (Please check availability by park). All vehicles and other items of equipment brought on to the park must be maintained to the appropriate safety standards and you must have adequate insurance including third party cover. Commercial and/or branded vehicles are not allowed on our parks. Number plate recognition systems are installed on many of our parks, so we ask that your number plates are clean and undamaged to ensure easy access in and out of our parks.
Guest restrictions :To achieve a friendly, family atmosphere for families and couples, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel holiday bookings, without refund, from (a) persons under the age of 21; (b) all-adult, single-sex groups including hen or stag parties; (c) solo travellers (if we feel the reason for your stay isn't in line with our family focused values); or (d) anyone else who we think might spoil things for other guests. You and members of your party who are 18 or over may be required to provide photographic identification (valid driving licence or passport) at any time during your stay. Failure to provide identification may result in your holiday booking being cancelled and you being refused entry to the park or being asked to leave, and no refund will be due to you. The total number of guests must not exceed the capacity of the accommodation grade or touring pitch booked. We donât knowingly allow any guest to use or visit our parks who: (a) has an unspent criminal conviction; (b) has an entry on a criminal register (including the sex offenders' register); (c) has any record of any order indicating antisocial behaviour, violence, abuse, public disorder, or criminal damage or any other form of antisocial behaviour; (d) is a convicted sex offender, subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003; or (e) is subject to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or Child Abduction Notice. If you donât disclose this information about yourself or any other member of your party, and it later becomes known to us, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday booking and we will ask you and the other members of your party to leave the park and no refund will be due to you.
GROUP BOOKINGS
If you want to stay as part of a group that would occupy two or more holiday homes, please call to book. If we do accept your group booking, we may ask for a deposit before your arrival.
December 15th 2025 -Jan 3rd 2026 the park are only offering accommodation only, there will be no facilities running and the bar/restaurant will be closed during this time.
