Ideally located, the apartment is just a 10-minute stroll to Chester city centre, whether you choose the direct route or a scenic walk along the canal. You’ll also find yourself just a 2-minute walk from a Waitrose supermarket, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and local attractions close by. For those travelling further afield, the train station is only a 10-minute walk away, and transport links are excellent.

Set within a charming older building, the apartment is full of personality, with quirky features and slightly uneven floors that add to its unique character. Located on the ground floor, the space is easy to access and thoughtfully laid out for large groups.

The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests across five generously sized bedrooms, all of which include their own en-suite bathrooms for added privacy and convenience. Each bedroom is also equipped with a Smart TV, so guests can relax and unwind with their favourite shows.

Location

Ben’s Place located a short stroll from the railway station and city centre and only a stone's throw from the flagship Waitrose
store where you will be able to stock up on any essentials you require. The Shropshire Union canal is also within a stone's throw of Ben’s Place and is a lovely way to walk into the city or to the railway station past its trendy bars and superb restaurants.

Reserved parking spaces are available weeknights (Monday to Friday)
from 5pm until 8:30am
All day Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
Parking is available free in some of the streets surrounding the apartments
and there is also a small pay and display car park close to the apartments
offering free parking after 5pm and only 20p for 2 hours or £3.00 all day).
Chester Race course is around a 20 minute walk from the apartments either
through the city with its bustling bars, restaurants and shops or around the
city walls with their picturesque views of the city's architecture and river.
Ben’s Place is ideal for both business and leisure travels due to their proximity to the city centre.
It is also only a 10 minute drive to Chester Zoo or 15 minutes to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet village, with its many designer outset stores, restaurants, cinema and Blue Planet Aquarium.
All of these out of town attractions are also easily accessible via public transport, with the zoo only 30 minutes door-to-door using the local bus service.
