Dakota is a terraced house on the outskirts of Boot, Cumbria. The accommodation comprises a sitting room with Smart TV and a selection of books, along with a kitchen/diner. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, and toaster. There are two bedrooms, including a super-king-size zip/link which can be set up as a twin on request, and a king-size bedroom. These are served by a ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. Oil central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a rear non-enclosed garden and a front enclosed gravelled area with furniture, along with a pet shower area with hot and cold water. Roadside parking is available for 1 car.
