The Cedar 202 is a chic one bedroom apartment located in the Gardens
suburb of the beautiful mother city, Cape Town, comfortably
accommodating up to two guests. Centrally located, guests will have
convenience and adventure right on your doorstep.
Upon entering, guests will be greeted by an open plan living space with
modern décor and finishes exuding class and luxury. The fully equipped
kitchen has everything you will need to create all your favourite meals
in style with counter side seating for two. The lounge area creates the
perfect relaxation spot with plush seating and a flat screen TV where
you can kick back and watch your favourite TV shows or open the
curtains and take in the most spectacular view of the iconic Table
Mountain. The glass sliding doors open up from the lounge, bathing the
space with an abundance of fresh air and natural sunlight.
The beautiful bedroom in this unit boasts peace and relaxation,
featuring a comfortable queen-size bed with side tables and bedside
night lights. The well-maintained bathroom includes a shower, toilet,
and basin. Fresh towels and crisp linen are provided for your stay.
Guests also have access to a shared splash pool for residents, as well
as a shared BBQ area designed for entertaining, typically located
alongside the deck.
Venture out and make the most of your surroundings with endless options
to keep you entertained. Nearby attractions include Table Mountain
Cableway, Labia Theatre on Kloof, Oranjezicht Market, De Waal Park, V&A
Waterfont, Gardens Shopping Centre and an array of popular restaurants,

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 6 Firdale Ave, Oranjezicht, Cape Town, 8001.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
