Ground floor: Entrance into a spacious open-plan area comprising a large living room with sofas, dining table, and TV. From here, there is access to a second sitting room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), and a cozy relaxation room with a sofa. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a second full bathroom with bathtub.



Upper floor: Living area with sofa and dining room with table. The sleeping area includes: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, walk-in wardrobe, and access to a panoramic terrace; a second double bedroom; one bedroom with two single beds; one bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub; one full bathroom with shower; and an additional bedroom with two single beds.



The property also features a large garden exclusively for guests’ use, a beautiful private panoramic swimming pool, a furnished porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining, a ping pong table, and a washing machine.



Self check-in via key lockbox; the access code will be provided on the day of arrival.
