Ce condo d'une chambre à coucher de Perdido Skye est doté d'un lit king-size, d'un ensemble de lits superposés de taille 3/4 et d'un canapé-lit pour accueillir un couple ou des vacances en famille de six personnes maximum. Détendez-vous sur le balcon privé qui donne directement sur nos plages de sable blanc de Perdido Key, descendez de l’ascenseur jusqu’au rivage pour vous tremper les pieds dans l’eau. Vous vous sentirez comme à la maison tout au long de votre séjour car la cuisine a été bien garnie et est maintenant équipée d’une cafetière Keurig! La location comprend tous vos draps et vos draps de bain et vous pouvez utiliser gratuitement la connexion Internet à haut débit. Ce condo est sûr de fournir la chaleur d'une maison de vacances pour tout séjour, que ce soit pendant notre saison d'été ou d'hiver.

Gorgeous view and beautiful condo!

We loved our stay here! It was very comfortable from the bed to the living room. We had everything we needed (beach towels would be a nice addition) and the place was spotless. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out on the porch was lovely. We rented bikes to cruise the island which was fun. It was the perfect location for us!

Good Property Right On The Street

Nice place to stay. The only negative is that when we booked the condo, there was no mention of the pool being closed due to remodel. Also, just a salt and pepper shaker would be nice to keep in the kitchen. Overall, not a bad stay

This was the perfect property for a weekend getaway that my fiancé and myself enjoyed very much. The access to the cage could not have been any better in the view from the balcony was beautiful. We cannot wait to go back.

Wonderful Stay – Thoughtful Touches Throughout!

The unit was incredibly clean and cozy — they truly thought of everything! The West Elm bedding was a great touch, especially since my husband is very particular about linens. As someone who loves to cook, I appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was; it had everything I needed to prepare a full meal. The beach views were stunning, and the location was perfect — close to shops and restaurants.The only minor downside was the noise from upstairs neighbors, but it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. Communication with the property management team was outstanding — responsive and professional throughout our stay.All in all, we had a fantastic experience!

Good property but the whole point of going to the beach is the beach and not the property. Easy beach access, quiet beach, beautiful balcony views. Everything you would want out of a beach condo

Aaaahhh, Perfect

Best location in P'cola. The bldg is just the right size, not one of the big high rises. The unit was just the right size also and had everything we needed for our stay. The deck overlooks the bay and the pool. It was only 3 minutes to get on the beach. The beaches- amazing! Perdido Key is so much quieter and less touristy than the other beaches nearby. My husband proposed to me in Johnsons Beach 43 years ago and we were so happy to be able to revisit the area. We'll definitely be back to Perdido Skye!

Relaxing

The condo was well organized and orderly. The little shopping center across the street was great for coffee, ice cream, pizza or a dressy dinner. We could not have been more pleased with the stay. Excellent.

Rainy, but still the beach!

We had several days of rain and still enjoyed the beach. Ate at several restaurants. Please step high going onto the balcony. I tripped and hit the metal table. It is the tall weather stripping. The broom and dust pan need up dating. Hard to sweep and retrieve sand. We did purchase a new shower liner as several holes were no longer attached by the grommets. Overall, we would stay again. This is the second year at Skye and we do enjoy it. We plan on visiting again in December.

Great Location!

The condo is in a perfect location for beach time and great restaurants! Fisherman's Corner is one of our new favorites! Easy check in and no problems with the condo! We had a wonderful time!

Great Time and Great Condo

We have been to Perdio Key many times, first time at this property. We really enjoyed the condo and our trip. The complex is smaller which makes it less crowded. The condo was very nice and cozy. Great view of the Beach and very short walk to the water. We will definitely stay again and would recommend.

An OK place to stay

No issues to prevent us from coming back…refrigerator is a bit small but the ice maker is great! Actual “keys” made the check in/out a bit cumbersome.

Nice accomodations, great location. What is not to love about beachfront. Just what we needed. Love that there is a kitchen and washer dryer to use. We would definitely recommend. We hope to return.

Perfect View

I just needed the waves! This condo was perfect for a quick getaway. Smaller, older building, but every unit has what you go for- the gorgeous ocean view. My little daughter and I had a blast. Condo had everything we needed. We were very comfortable there. It felt clean and perfect.

Cold showers suck

The condo was good size for our family. We like that the building was small so less people on the beach. The only downfall was we did not have hot water for 5 out of the 7 days. Not good for us cause my husband and some of kids REFUSE to take a cold shower.

Great vacation

Great location. Well stocked room. Clean condo. Property management did not tell the truth when checking in about room being ready, and didn’t call us back as they said they would after we knew the room was already cleaned.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From start to finish, this rental experience was incredibly easy and well- communicated. I received clear communications from the management company on how to check in/out and special offers on excursions. The process was great. The unit itself was excellent. It was clean well- stocked, and in a great location. We really enjoyed the ocean front views and the easy walkway to the beach with very few stairs. I would definitely return.
