Your guided tour begins in the grand entrance hall, where vaulted ceilings and a sweeping staircase set a tone of quiet luxury. To one side, you'll find the living room - a space dominated by sofas so plump they practically offer a hug. It's the perfect spot to argue over what to watch on the 50" Sky-equipped TV or to simply gaze out of the large bay window. The heart of the home, however, is the exquisite open-plan kitchen and dining area. With a range cooker, an American fridge-freezer ready for your local Welsh harvests, and a porcelain-tiled floor that flows seamlessly out to the patio, it's a masterclass in social living.

The sleeping quarters are spread across two floors, ensuring everyone finds their own sanctuary. The ground floor offers two beautifully appointed doubles, ideal for those who prefer to avoid the stairs after a long day on the dunes. Upstairs, the "triple room" is a child's (or very close friends') dream, while the master suite offers elevated views of the surrounding peaks. The three bathrooms are a particular highlight; think sleek, grey metro tiles, walk-in rainfall showers, and clever LED mood lighting that ensures you look your best even before your first coffee.

Step outside, and the garden truly steals the show. It is fully enclosed - meaning your four-legged companions can't stage a breakaway - and features a porcelain patio with seating for 12. Whether you're firing up the firepit for an al fresco feast or sliding into the top-of-the-range, seven-seater hot tub as the sun sets behind Harlech Castle, Bod Eithin serves up a masterclass in relaxation.

We’re happy to welcome 4 well-behaved dogs. Please keep them supervised at all times and don’t leave them unattended. To keep the space comfy for everyone, we kindly ask that they stay off the furniture and out of the bedrooms.
Feel free to bring their favourite bed, blanket, and anything else to make them feel at home! To keep your furry companions safe, we recommend not leaving them unattended in the garden and always keeping a watchful eye on them during their outdoor adventures. Please make sure to clean up after your dogs in the garden and surrounding areas.
