Tan Y Fron consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining room with seating for 12 people, sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire, utility with washing machine, dishwasher, and freezer. The bedrooms consist of three doubles with en-suite bathrooms, a single, and one second-floor double and one twin, serviced by a second-floor shower room and first-floor cloakroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with lawn , with shared driveway parking for six cars. Three well-behaved pets welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Tan Y Fron is an excellent base for a Wales escape. Note: Kitchen AGA is display only. Note: Good housekeeping bond of ÂŁ500 GBP. Note: Pets should not be left unattended or allowed upstairs. Note: Small step from dining room into main house. The unusual positioning of this charming village results in it having its own mild climate, as well as offering good local shops. The surrounding area has an exciting array of wildlife and birds including soaring buzzards. The small town of Harlech is just 4 miles away, dominated by its majestic 13th century castle which is a World Heritage Site, and the most impressive of all the castles built in North Wales by Edward I. Popular with golfers due to its famous Royal St. David's course, Harlech also boasts an excellent variety of amenities including some good quality restaurants. Nearby Barmouth offers an amazing Panorama Walk with breathtaking views and also a harbour from which you can enjoy a ferry to Fairbourne for a ride on the miniature railway or a boat trip out to sea to try mackerel fishing.
