This spacious five-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to ten guests and offers a perfect blend of contemporary living and home-from-home comfort, ideal for families or friends seeking a relaxing break in Hampshire. All bedrooms provide plenty of space, comfortable beds and a lovely place to relax. One of the bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed with children in mind, featuring eye-catching bunk beds styled as a classic red London bus—sure to delight little ones and spark their imagination. The home also features two beautifully designed bathrooms, each thoughtfully finished to create a bright, airy, and refreshing space.



The generously sized living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, perfect as a family room for guests to relax and create memories together. The cosy fireplace creates a warm and welcoming focal point, enhancing the room’s peaceful ambiance. Large windows and light-toned walls flood the space with natural light, beautifully complementing its open, airy feel.



The well-appointed kitchen and accompanying pantry space are perfect for preparing delicious home-cooked meals throughout your stay. Guests can gather together in the adjoining warm-toned dining room, thoughtfully designed to seat all guests comfortably and make every meal a shared occasion.

One car may be parked in the car porch, one directly in front of it, one on the driveway in front of the five-bar gate, one on the marked lawn area next to the hedge, and one outside the property parked parallel to the hedge.



The Neighborhood:

Combpyne is situated in the picturesque village of Compton, Hampshire, within the South East of England, surrounded by rolling countryside and chalk downland. The area is peaceful and rural, yet well positioned for exploring both historic towns and the wider Hampshire countryside. Lies on the edge of the South Downs National Park and is close to the Itchen Valley, making it ideal for walking, cycling, and enjoying outdoor activities. The village has a traditional pub and easy access to nearby market towns such as Winchester, known for its cathedral, shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around, particularly for accessing local villages and countryside walks. Winchester is approximately a 10–15 minute drive away and offers excellent rail connections to London Waterloo. The nearby M3 motorway provides convenient road access to London, the South Coast, and the wider South East region.
