The ground floor offers generous living and entertaining areas, including a spacious living room and a separate dining room ideal for long, sociable meals. A cosy family room provides a quieter retreat, while the well-appointed kitchen flows into a bright breakfast nook, perfect for slow mornings sitting back with a coffee!

Upstairs, we have five generously sized bedrooms, offering both privacy and flexibility for different group setups with stunning original features. This includes our standout master bedroom, featuring a luxurious en-suite shower room and an airy, relaxing atmosphere. Additional bedrooms are equally spacious and beautifully styled, with further bathrooms and en-suite facilities ensuring convenience for everyone.

Our home is in a fantastic area, just a short walk from the charming centre of Evesham, a historic market town set along the banks of the picturesque River Avon. Evesham is an amazing place to enjoy independent shops, cafés, traditional pubs, and riverside walks, as well as scenic cycling routes through the surrounding Vale. The area is famous for its blossom trails and market gardening heritage, offering beautiful countryside views throughout the seasons.

You’ll also be perfectly placed for exploring the wider region. The rolling hills and honey-coloured villages of the Cotswolds are just a short drive away, while cultural and historic days out await in Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare. For panoramic views across several counties, a visit to Broadway Tower is a must, and the elegant spa town of Cheltenham offers excellent shopping, dining, and festivals year-round.
