Stairs to the first floor with the large living room and a cleverly designed adjoining an nook with a sofa bed to sleep two (this can be set up upon request) and a desk. Third bedroom with double bed (4ft 6in double) overlooking Scaplen's Court. Stairs to the second floor with the master bedroom (5ft Kingsize double) with built-in wardrobes and a TV. Second bedroom with twin beds (2x 3ft single beds). Family bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink and toilet.
