The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room, accommodating up to six guests.

The apartment has a generous area of 80 m² and offers a modern, bright, and comfortable space. It is located at the intersection of the main boulevard, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt, and Ismail Street, one of the most central and convenient areas of Chișinău. The apartment features two fully separate bedrooms and a spacious living room combined with the kitchen. From the living room, there is access to a small private balcony.

The living room includes a large extendable sofa, which can comfortably accommodate two additional guests, making the apartment suitable for up to six people.

Right next to the building, there is a free public parking lot with around 50 spaces, and in front of the building, there are approximately 15 additional free parking spots. Parking operates on a first come, first served basis.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large double refrigerator, a coffee machine with bean grinder (coffee is complimentary), cutlery, plates, glasses for wine, champagne, and water, coffee cups, pots, and pans. It also includes a dishwasher and a washing machine with drying function. An air conditioner is installed in the kitchen for optimal comfort.

In the hallway, there is another air conditioner that cools both bedrooms efficiently. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with curtains, including blackout ones that completely block the light when closed. The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality clean bed linen, ensuring maximum comfort and freshness for every guest.

Both bedrooms and the living room feature Samsung Smart TVs, and guests can enjoy complimentary Netflix access. The apartment is covered by a high-speed Wi-Fi network, ensuring a stable 500 Mb/s connection in every corner.

The two bathrooms are modern and come fully equipped with everything you might need: tropical-rain shower cabins, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. For each guest, there are separate towels for the face, body, and feet, provided free of charge. Heating is provided by a gas boiler connected to a thermostat, allowing you to easily adjust the temperature to your preference.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, and both bathrooms. The private balcony is also available for their use.

They can freely use all appliances and amenities — including the coffee machine, dishwasher, washing and drying machine, Smart TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
There are no shared spaces; the apartment is entirely private and reserved exclusively for guests during their stay.

The apartment is located right on Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Boulevard, the main artery of Chișinău. It’s one of the most central and convenient areas in the city, with quick access to public transportation, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants.

Nearby you’ll find the UNIC shopping center, as well as several local shops open late. Everything you need is within walking distance — from pharmacies and bakeries to ATMs and small markets.

Despite being in the city center, the apartment is quiet and comfortable, offering the perfect balance between urban convenience and relaxing privacy.

Getting around is easy and convenient. Public transport stops are just a few steps away, with direct connections to all parts of the city. Taxis and Bolt rides are available within minutes and are very affordable in Chișinău.

If you’re driving, free public parking is available around the building and near Hotel Național. Parking is not assigned and follows a first-come, first-served principle.

Most main attractions, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city at your own pace.

The apartment is located in a new, high-quality building equipped with security cameras around the perimeter and at the main entrance. Access to the footage is available only to the condominium administrator, ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Please note that parking spaces are public and free, available on a first come, first served basis.

The apartment is fully self check-in — you’ll receive detailed instructions and an access code before arrival.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but guests may smoke on the balcony.

For longer stays, additional cleaning or linen changes can be arranged upon request.
We kindly ask guests to:

• Remove their shoes when entering the apartment — slippers are provided for your comfort.

• Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM, as the building is home to families and permanent residents.

• Avoid smoking inside the apartment — smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

• Do not move furniture or decorative items.

• Turn off lights, air conditioning, and TV when leaving the apartment.

• Take care of keys and remote controls — replacements incur a fee.
