The space
Cherry Tree House is constructed of natural honey colour stone, decorated and fully furnished to a high standard throughout. The house is within easy distance of Bourton on the Water, Burford and Stow on the Wold. There is a small super market within a five minute walk from the property as well as a pharmacy and gym which accepts pay as you go clients.
Accessed through the front door, it opens into a hallway, off which are the following ground floor rooms:
Kitchen/Diner: A beautiful, warm open kitchen-diner, which contains a dining table, comfortably seating eight with table extenders to seat 10, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, and slow cooker; with French doors that open out into the back garden patio with seating and BBQ.
Drawing Room: Seating for ten, coffee table, TV with all smart features, French doors that open out onto the garden lawn and patio.
Office / Bedroom 6: Desk Chair, Day Bed (can be made up as single bed upon request) access to toilet on the ground floor and family bathroom on first floor.
Under stairs coat/boot storage.
Stairs lead up from the hallway to the first floor landing, which leads to:
Bedroom 1: contains a comfortable super king size bed, has an en-suite bathroom, a dressing table and a large fitted built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: contains a comfortable king size bed, has an en-suite bathroom, a dressing table, dressing mirror and clothes rail.
Bedroom 3: contains a double bed, chest of draws, clothes rail and shares a family bathroom.
Bedroom 4: contains a single bed with trundle underneath, that can be pulled out and made up on request, and shares a family bathroom.
Bedroom 5: contains a bunk bed with chest of drawers and shares a family bathroom.
Family bathroom: Contains a bath, shower over bath, toilet, heated towel rail and a wash basin.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage.

🚗 Parking: Our home has driveway parking for 2 cars for. There also is free street parking in the area.
☕ Complimentary Amenities: We provide Nespresso pods for the coffee machine, tea, and sugar.
☕ We also provide salt pepper for guests.
🛌 Bedding and Towels: Crisp, white cotten bed linen is provided along with pillows. Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. A shower mat is provided in the shower room.
🚿 Toiletries: 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo, hand soap, as well as toilet paper too.
🧹 Housekeeping Services: For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer complimentary housekeeping services.

👶 We can provide a travel cot and high chair on request. Guests will need to bring their own linen for travel cots.
🔥 There is a BBQ in the garden which guests are welcome to use. The nearby Co-Op sells Charcoal.
🏋️ There is a pay-as-you-use gym around the corner, 'rb2 gym' which is £10 per time.
📺 The SMART in the lounge is not connected to a analogue ariel but allows access to your streaming accounts on line. Live TV can be accessed by BBC iPlayer etc.
