This lovely holiday home in Klitmøller, is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people. The holiday home, built in 1997, offers a spacious and comfortable interior with a total house area of 240 square meters and a plot area of 2000 square meters. It is perfect for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in scenic surroundings.



The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.



The house is located only 300 meters from the North Sea, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy beach life and beautiful walks along the coast. Shopping opportunities are also only 300 meters away, and there is a restaurant just 50 meters from the house, so you can treat yourself to delicious food without having to go far.



The home was renovated in 2013 and presents itself in a modern style with all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, including three rooms with double beds and one room with two single beds, providing ample space for the whole family. In addition, there are two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and underfloor heating, so you can enjoy warmth and comfort, even on cold days.



The house's indoor facilities include a wood-burning stove that creates a cozy atmosphere, as well as an indoor spa where two people can relax after a long day of activities. There is also a an indoor sauna, so you can enjoy a wellness moment without leaving the house. For those who want to prepare delicious meals, the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with a capacity of 60 liters.



Outside you will find an enclosed terrace that allows you to enjoy the outdoors in privacy. There is also a large terrace where you can barbecue and enjoy outdoor meals. For families with children, there are swings and a sandbox that will keep the little ones entertained. There is also a a fire pit where you can gather around the fire and make marshmallows under the stars.



There is also an electrically heated wilderness bath, where up to 6 people can relax, as well as an outdoor sauna, for those who want to enjoy the health benefits of heat treatment in nature. The house also offers wireless internet, so you can stay connected if you want. With two televisions offering both Danish and German TV as well as Apple TV, there is entertainment for all ages.
